  1. Wheels look good.
  2. This is great. The tarp with the stuff on it to hold it down is fantastic!
  3. Shoot! I missed your post. My Dad took me to see Charlie Pride when I was 8 years old at Radio City Music Hall. I knew all the songs and most of the words to them. I was a huge fan. Greatest night of my young life, I was hooked on live music forever.
  4. Ooh Not bad.
  5. Yeah we know about you LI guys?... Nice work!
  6. Definitely! The red ties it together nicely.
  7. Dave, Dan and Ken Thanks for the kind words guys I really appreciate it!
  8. Sorry Tim I thought I had already replied to your post. Thanks for the tip, I cut the decals and hit them with microsol. They look much better. Luckily these decals went on pretty easy. I've done a couple lately that have been a problem, but it was certainly a learning experience.
  9. You had a very good year! This is almost a bit of a tease, I would love to see more pics of all of them.
  10. Pretty dang near flawless! Your black paint is beautiful, flat and deep. All are amazing though, you did some great work.
  11. Very cool build. I did one with almost the same color. I like the black fenders and roof, it breaks up all the purple. You need a little better light for your pics. And a picture of the dash! Doing the dash was the most fun I had building mine and yours probably looks great.
  12. West L.A. Fadeaway by the Good Ol' Grateful Dead Here's one: Now if I seem to be afraid To live the life I have made in song Well it's just that I've been losing so long
  13. Paint looks great! I'll be following with interest as I'm thinking of putting this on my "to do soon" list.
  14. It's looking good. I'm dying to see the paint, I hope it works with the clear coat.
  15. I just eerily happened to reading this thread when that popped up. Spooky
  16. I could swear I've been in the back of that car before ?. Nice job.
  17. Nice trucks. All very clean work. He likes the red! Nothin' wrong with that but I was kind of looking forward to seeing the Diamond Reo in blue like his 1:1.
  18. That's a good looking little car. The name has a nice ring to it too.
  19. Cool build!
  20. It looks like a funny car blowing a bubble ?. You're doing some super nice work with these. This is no different! Beautiful job.
  21. I'll check it out when I pick it up tomorrow. It seems like it's just the compressor and nothing else from what I see on the website.
  22. Thanks! This sounds very cool. I'll be going out near Walmart tomorrow and they're in stock so I'll pick one up then. I'm too psyched!
  23. Thanks for the heads up guys. I haven't run into the problem on jobs I've done with spray cans but I'm about to do my first with an airbrush. I thought the body was ok but now I'm going to go over it carefully and make sure my work looks good and smooth. Sorry to hijack the thread for a bit. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
  24. Thanks for the review. Do the California's have a good reputation? I'm looking for a new compressor with a tank as the one I have is tankless and I'm really not happy with it. With the great price I checked this model out. Unfortunately it's much too big for the space I'd need it to fit. It stinks because the smaller ones are significantly more expensive. I guess I'll just have to keep looking for the right one for me.
