  1. Nice build
  2. nice build
  3. Like the build. Clean and stock How do you paint without losing the name plates and emblems on the body?
  4. Sorry , no. Don't think you'd want it anyways. It's a WIP I started many years ago I need to finish one day
  5. Nice built. Where did you get the rear wheels from?
  6. Don't know if it's just suppose to kits, but I went to Hobby Lobby and got a nice set of flat brushes for dry painting, Some 5 minute Epoxy and some springs that if I cut the top loop off will look great on a model!
  7. J.D.McDuffie, Clifford Allison, and Kenny Irwin Jr.. I was far from a Dale Sr. fan but would never want anyone injured where they couldn't race, let alone die.
  8. I was a Davey fan. I was a Bobby fan before that. When Davey died , I stayed with the 28. That's why my Display Name is Super28 We lost Davey, Alan and Dale. Bad loss on all three
  9. I use to be heavy into NASCAR models back in the 80s and 90s. Got over 20 still waiting to be built and over 20 built. Now that I've decided to get back into building models they are numbered and on the list. Still love NASCAR but not the model building aspect of it.
  10. Ok. I'm going to repair my already built kits and leave them like they are! Thank you for your responses. Much appreciated
  11. You know I'm watching. Glad you got the wheels you wanted
  12. Cool build so far. Keep posting! Enjoying this
  13. Like I stated in the beginning, I'm just getting back into modeling after 20-plus years. I numbered all the models I have, 114, Built, partially build, and not touched. I was starting with the oldest, a 1962 Dodge Dart that I built, apparently, according to the case , 11-85 , and made that #1. I really would like everyone's input on this. I now think I should start with the part built and new ones 'til I get better to come back to the finished ones and redo them. What do you think? I really would like some opions on this. Ya'll are a lot better at this then me and I respect your opions. Thanks Super
  14. I use a 5gal. bucket with lid , from Home Depot. Purple power from walmart and for small parts I use a $3.00 Tea. I leave the parts in the bucket overnight. wash them off in the sink. Put the lid back on the bucket until next time-ball from wal-mart
  15. Hey Rusty. How do you think those tires and wheels would look on my Dodge dart?
  16. Waiting to see how this one comes out. Will be watching
  17. Nice. If you get those wheels off let me know. I like them
  18. Bill, looked at the photos of the models you built and the videos. You are truly talented. Will be watching for any of your posts
  19. Nice, but agreed, hard to mash the body up
  20. Looks good. You're building it for you and what you like
  21. Nice. Fixing to try to wire my first. Hope it comes out as good
  22. Would "Hobby Lobby" carry it?
