Toy For Tots collection.
Santa and his mistress,,,uh I mean, helper arrived.
Oh yeah,,,,,,,,,there were models too.
Lots more stuff here:

The first thing you need to do is cut off the package shelf. The roadster version wouldn't use it anyway and for the coupe version, you can't get to it once the roof is on. I scribed mine to match the tuck&roll on the kit pieces.
I don't like the kit custon grille, so I'm using the Model Car Garage photoetched grille and resin surround.
Kit skirts are too plain so I made some "art deco" style skirts from sheet plastic.
That's Reps & mins chopped top, by the way.
I cut the fender unit at the rear end of the running board so i could mold in the rear fenders. Tailight holes will hold DUDEK lights.
'61 Impala wheel cover with a chrome bullet mounted in the center.
This is where I'm heading,,,,,,,,,,,,,
If RC2 (AMT) still had the tools for these old kits, you can bet they would have been reissued several times by now. Many of the old tools are gone.
RON - fantastic job giving that old model a new life. When I saw it at the MAMA meeting, I didn't remember what you had started with.
'35 -'40 Ford frames were the same. 1941 and later Fords were entirely different, wider, longer wheelbase, etc.
This '36 Ford kit ( except the newly added parts) goes back about 45 years to the Monogram 6 in 1 flat boxes. Revell is not going to throw 25th scale parts from other tooling into a 24th scale kit.
I'm not knocking the build - just trying to help.
The magazines are too large for 25th scale. Full size magazines (like HOT ROD) should be 0.36 inches wide and 0.47 inches long.
The frames interchange. They are both 24th scale and the wheels bases are the same. I used '37 parts on a Monogram '36 several years ago.
This model is so old, it was actually photographed using FILM.
I think some of you missed the fact that it's a resin body,,,,very nicely built. The company is actually called Race Motor Replicas ( or RMR)

I'm on HAMB. I use my real name like here.
I mostly post east coast car show pics on there. Next Saturday, I'll photograph everything I can at Jalopyrama.
'32 Ford resin bus from RMR. All of the panel lines have been rescribed because they were barely visable. Holes have been drilled for red and amber lights. Most stuff molded to the rear of the body have been removed and tailights will be added later. It will be Krylon yellow (of course).
I've modified the interior in a few places. The class is currently studying old school rods, so they have been given lots of old magazines.
The wheels were given to me awhile ago by club member Gary Sutherlin. I think maybe they are Plymouth Prowler wheels - not sure. '32 Ford caps added to the centers and disc brakes all around.
Mockup using the AMT deuce hood and grille shell. (Don't ask me why RMR based this on the 50 year old AMT kits instead of the current revell kits.)
