  1. Nice clean build. Is it a curbside?
  2. Dang, I had to look twice! I was sure that was real. That diorama really makes your builds come alive
  3. Sweet ride! I dig the color
  4. Killer Corvette! I like her in white
  5. Beautiful build!
  6. She looks great! Nice shine and great color
  7. Another Tyco body Painted, lowered, wheel and tire swap and detail paint work. Thanks for looking
  8. I did. I bought it at a club meeting so no receipt. Round2 wants to see it or you'll pay shipping. It's not worth the run around to me. I've had it clamped to the chassis for a few weeks now and it's starting to come back in line. You see, the body and chassis mate with 4 screws like back in the day.
  9. Got the engine figured out And also mocked up where the heater hoses will live. Stay Tuned...
  10. the AMT 1964 Mercury Marauder. This kit is lacking in detail. I'll do my best with this as it has a badly warped body. Luckily it will be held together with screws. I will be doing my typical land yacht in the weeds, modern wheels with low profile tires, flocking, engine wiring, articulating front wheels, ear bud leads as heater hoses, disc brakes all around and whatever else I can come with. I sprayed it with nail polish and things went terribly wrong when I attempted to lightly sand it too soon. I had to strip it. In addition to the warpage, it has a rather large void in the front right fender. Stay Tuned...
  11. You mean to tell me there is another use for Vaseline? I've only been using it for one thing! ?
  12. Yes. Complete with a rather large void in the front right fender. Stay away unless you are up for a challenge

  14. Clean. Very nice
  15. She's now under glass Thanks for playing along
  16. This is the Revell Foose kit. and last but not least... The Mecum Cam shot. I didn't care for the oversized Foose wheels. I decided to keep it factory fresh. The paint is Duplicolor Chrysler green. The finish is Minwax poly in the rattle can. With this I incorporated my trademark dead ear buds cables as heater hoses, a distributor I fabricated from jewelry making materials and some old Category 5 wire. The floor is flocked in dark brown. I also borrowed the pulley idea from Anthony although you cant see it. Well maybe if you look close enough... Thanks for playing along.
  17. You can make a turn signal stalk from a straight pin. If that will help...
  18. Rounding 3rd and headed for home Lots of little details left to do yet. Stay Tuned...
  19. Hey Jeremy, they're snaps that you sew onto clothing. Stole the idea from another builder
  20. Very nice. Love the color, finish and the photography
  21. Those are cool!
  22. My-T-Fine!
  23. Super clean. Like them both
  24. A little more now that the Shelby is wrapped up... trim work is completed. Exhaust, suspension and steering ready to go on. and totally ripped off Anthony with the pulley idea. This adds so much. Stay Tuned...
