  5. Great looking interior. I like the black trim against that yellow paint. I remember doing the convertible and getting the body on was not fun.
  6. I like the skirts. That thing looks a mile long. What is your choice of color?

    REVELL TRUCK PARTS

I may have the Chevy grille, hood and rear fenders. I'll check later today
  8. Moving right along... has anyone else noticed that this kit has enough flash and seam lines to cast another car? Ridiculous! Every part needs to be trimmed.
  9. You are right. 63 is needed. Sorry ๐Ÿ™ƒ
  10. Hey gang, I know it might be a stretch but I thought I'd ask. I'm looking for the front fender ornaments for the AMT 63 Galaxie. I picked it up in the bargain bin and it was missing both. Sorry, I dont have the part numbers. Maybe this will help... Thanks in advance! Steve

  14. I was so happy with how the color turned out on the Coronet, I decided to use it on the Shelby. I'm actually doing them simultaneously. Same Duplicolor Chrysler green and Minwax poly. Stay Tuned...
  15. I remember my brother building a stage coach back in the seventies. Did your have a canvas top?
  16. They look great! Might I suggest you get a lighted magnifying glass? This will change your life. It's really helped my 53 year old eyes
  17. Decals are great and I love the Van! Gotta get me one
  18. Arriving at the office this morning and looking up at the sky. I love to see red skys and I always take pictures of them.
  19. I have fond memories of building a 70 Chevelle. It was molded in dark blue. I also remember the distinct smell of burning plastic and for some reason whenever I hear U2 Sunday Bloody Sunday on the radio, I think back to those days at my desk with that kit. It's strange how sights, smells and sounds can take you back to another time in your history.
