Awesome looking Super Bee!! The awesome looking wheels and tires really set off the Day 2 look! Fireball has some great stuff!

Looking good! Nice work on the engine detailing, dash, and door panels!

My latest build, the Revell 1968 Dodge Charger R/T. I used Delta Ceramcoat Fire Red for the body, and Folkart Pure Black for the vinyl top. I cleared the body with Createx High Gloss Clear, and the top with Createx Matte Clear. The trim was done with Bare Metal Foil, I used Fireball Modelworks white letter decals on the tires, and I added valve stems to the wheels. The interior is painted with Anita's Glossy Black and cleared with Createx Satin Clear. I used embossing powder to simulate carpeting, and I added door lock knobs. The engine is painted with custom mixed craft paints, and I added spark plug wires and battery cables for extra detail. There was a minor fit issue with the rear end assembly that required moving the wheel/tire assemblies further from the frame and also moving the whole assembly forward about 2 mm to center the wheels/tires in the fender wells. Despite that, this was a great kit and a joy to build. As always, thanks for looking!!

Thanks guys! Thanks! I have another one that is due to be built in March. -
Thanks! After painting the orange, I traced out the inner rim on masking tape and cut the circle and placed over the inside of the rim. Then I sprayed Molotow Chrome through my airbrush for the outer rim. Carefully peeling the masking tape back off was the real trick being careful not to swipe the edge of the chrome.

Very well done! That kit certainly is a challenge to make look good.

Awesome tribute with awesome builds! I really enjoyed his movies even beyond the F&F franchise. A great actor and individual gone far too soon!

Outstanding! The color stance and overall look is excellent! How about a pic of the rebuilder in it's before form, I enjoy seeing before and after shots to see how much work and effort goes into saving "glue bombs".

Here's my version of the Monogram 1955 Ford F100 Street Rod that I can finally show now that the reveal date has passed. I did this one for the Youtube USACC 2023 Group Build. I used Cobra Motor Paints by AMMO, with Creates High Gloss Clear, although I will recommend using the Cobra Motors 2K Clear or any other 2K clear instead of the Createx, or possibly a lacquer clear as the Createx didn't seem to mesh with the paint very well. I used the wheels and tires from the Revell 1971 Dom's GTX kit, and tail lights from the Revell 1932 Ford 5-Window Coupe kit. I did make the exhaust tips from 1/8" styrene tubing and slash cut them with my exacto blade. A combination of Apple Barrel Khaki, Honey Brown, and Nutmeg Brown was used for the bed and interior, while the bed slats were taped off and sprayed with Molotow Chrome. This was a super fun build and I was very happy to be able to participate in the group build. As always, thanks for looking! Progress vids can be found on my Youtube channel, Stumpy Grump's Scale Speed Shop.
