  9. Light and Shadow, along with perspective will give you a "real" look. Most folks do not look at the WHOLE picture...only the subject. Look at the trees growing through people in many snapshots.....DOES IT LOOK REAL ? if not WHY ?....Take your time and think!! Example...this looks like a model.... While this one makes you look further..... and as Marcos said shoot from many angles....(you can also hide flaws this way!) Different angles make for unique looks.... Like one of my favorite shots of my '34....
  10. I have washed with thinned flat black for years. That said I tried the detailer over chrome, and was not impressed. With a blue\purple cast over chrome...it just does not look correct.. I also found it "rubbery" when dry This '32 used the detailer on the carbs... This '34 used flat black on the grill...

  15. YEP GO WITH THE 19'S ....BETTER CLEARANCE AND A BITCHIN RAKE!! But don't go with the 19" discs up front get the 23's, use the 19"'s in back My '34 uses this combo...check it out.

  19. Harry between chicaga and Milwaukee you should be able to find some good clean used tools....Atlas, Bridgeport..et al....I bought an atlas 8" lathe with tools for under $500. in Milwaukee.....

  24. The chop was easy...no cutting on the interior...but sectioned??????? gotta think on that one, did see one (sedan) sectioned in mark gustafsons (sp) contest shoot..but no interior shots
