Testor's Model Master Metalizers

I’ve got 2 bottles of Model Master Metalizer paints Dark Andonic Grey Non-Buff Aluminum Once they’re gone, they’re gone. -
Any vintage kit, sellers are asking for stupid money for them. There are a few I’d love to get but, like you said, prices are ridiculous.

A great plan.... I've already told my family should anything happens to me, I'm leaving my unbuilt kits, paints, tools, spare parts, etc... in charge to my sister. I will instruct her to reach out to a couple forums I belong to for any members who want them for their stash. As far as built kits, I'll leave it up to anyone in my family who wish to keep to remember me by. The rest, to any member of said forums if they want it. Otherwise, do whatever they want with them. -

IBTL.... I'm getting Spidey sense this is gonna get political soon enough... -
Rain here for the last 3 - 4 days after a spell of snow earlier in the week. Some minor localize flooding but nothing too damaging. The biggest irk I see from folks they panic over a potential upcoming “snowstorm” in the forcast and they rush to the grocery store to stock up on bread, eggs, bananas, and TP. Aftr all was said and done, we ended up with about 4 - 5 inches of snow. That’s nothing for Central NY. I always tell my wife, it’s winter for heaven’s sake! I never panic over an impending snowstorm….ever. It is what it is, just deal with it after it passes.

Not anymore. The Big Three auto makers have already said they are no longer going to manufacture EV automobiles. They’re already losing millions of $$$$ already with current EVs unsold on dealer lots across the country. -

Do you really got to ask? Picture this… lead car far ahead from the pack, races to finish line, he’s almost there… runs out of charge by mere 10 feet. EPIC FAIL!!!!! Yeah…. that sounds exciting…… Here’s the thing NASCAR folks fail at simple logic… everybody knows EV fires CANNOT be put out with water but with special foam specifically for EV batteries. Now imagine a 10 car pile up on turn 3. You might as well end the race due to toxic smoke from those EV batteries. -
I need some gas tank ideas

Might be too small - even from 1/48 scale scale aircraft kits. Of course, depending on the aircraft too. -
What does "NNL" stand for?
BlackSheep214 replied to spudmuffin1959's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Some folks are still wearing horseblinds… I never heard of NNL myself but now knowing it, I got an education. There’s not a whole lot of model shows in my area; NNL or not - except one that I attend to every October called Syrcon in Syracuse, NY area. -

The Official EBay Discussion Thread
BlackSheep214 replied to iamsuperdan's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Is it from overseas (ie: Taiwan, Japan, Europe, etc…)? If so, it’s not that uncommon. I know my wife ordered a pencil sander from David Union for me for Christmas and it took a long time (2 weeks) to arrive. Thankfully, it arrived in time for Christmas. Came by slow boat from Taiwan. -
What is the best glue for glass/clear surfaces?
BlackSheep214 replied to AlbertS's topic in Tips, Tricks, and Tutorials
Hmmm… both product intriques me to buy. Those would be great for gluing aircraft canopies. Although, I am curious on one member using clear nail polish. That’s a first I’ve ever heard of using clear nail polish.
