I would recommend the 1/24 Mongram '53 bel Air.
Then get any of the 1/24 Monogram '37 Ford kits. They come with a very nice 90's era small block Chevy. The kit also has IFS and a Corvette style rear. I think with some clever cutting you can make a pretty cool street rod.
Okay body panels are primered. I'll throw some flat black tomorrow.
This is my pal Zuzu, my constant workshop companion. We rescued him from some pretty lousy conditions & poor health and he's never stopped showing us how much he appreciates it.
AMT has a model of the '67 Z-28. If you can't find it on hobby shop shelves try Model Express or Model Roundup online. If no luck there, Ebay is a good bet.
Too many to count. However most recently.........
CA glue on toothpick. Dab toothpick on part. Set toothpick down. Glue part to another part.
15 minutes later, sitting on couch with wife when whe looks over grins and pulls off the toothpick that is glued to my forearm.
Don't sweat it though, as long as your "stupid thing" doesn't land you in the ER you are doing fine. Not all of us can say that though.
Whoa Virgil, as usual your work is awesome, but I was sort of expecting something flashy and glossy for a burlesque themed build. I'm diggin' the heart though.
Oh my, better get rid of that table. It's not properly flat for scale photography.
Seriously great work. I love phantom builds and this is really well done.
