  1. Well it's good to know I'm not the only person to have this problem. LOL
  2. You are right Carl.
  3. At least they are not all exact duplicates. One is a Nomad. One a Street Burner. One is a California something. A Salt and Pepper and a Black Widow. A couple of different snap kits.
  4. And you’re right Ray. One more and I have a dozen. Lol Let’s not do the Bakers dozen here. ?
  5. Well as carl said. We aren’t getting any younger. Lol. I’ll never be able to build them all! I have so many duplicates it’s amazing to me. Yet I just got 2 more yesterday but not duplicates Thank God. Lol
  6. I was going through my store room and find I have 11 1957 Chevy kits. LOL What was I thinking? Or maybe not thinking.
  7. Nice Snake. Must be a thing run upstate NY. But I never find kits or builds at the flea markets.
  8. I've used the Rustoleum 2X with mine. But that paint takes a long time to air out so you will still smell the paint until it fully dries. I've left some in the booth for hours but once I turn it off. You can start to smell it. At least that is my experience.
  9. Thank you Rusty. If luck will have it. I thought the gold interior would look great with the decals. Providing I can get them on the car. LOL
  10. I think so. It wasn't hard really. Wet. Apply. Pat dry.
  11. Thank you Ray.
  12. Here’s the end result. Not too shabby.
  13. Awesome! :-)
  14. I sprayed the tire with Windex and then put them on. Once in place they looked good. I'll add a photo later. I was thinking of putting Pledge Revive to see if that would seal them.
  15. I just fold the filter in half. Paint side out. And put them in a gallon size baggie. Pour the cleaner in. Seal it and let it soak for a few days. Take the filter out and rinse it. press it so the water comes out and let it dry. And yesterday. I was vacuuming the room and the used filter was laying there. I vacuumed the filter and a lot of the paint sucked off.
  16. I purchased vinyl white wall decals from a seller on eBay. Have any of you used them and can you give me some pointers on installing them on the tires? Thank you.
  17. I goe through spells where I'm hot on the builds. Then not. Mainly because of my mediocre painting abilities. LOL I can only paint and then strip them so many time before you have to walk away for a while.
  18. Mine doesn't have lights but I have to wonder if the paint coats them after a while.
  19. Nice.
