    My uncle had a 1964 in that color. It had the slant six. He said it had over 300,000 mile on it and the engine was never taken apart. It ran great but there were no floors or trunk left.

    I really can't call this a Shelby because I messed the decals up. Decals and I just don't get along. So I made due with what actually kind of stayed together. The decals were the reason for the gold interior. The color is from an old Duplicolor. You know when they had the smaller cans. So I don't know the color. But it's actually a very dark metallic blue.

    Finished this last night. AMY 1966 Thunderbird. First time I've used the white wall decals.

    Well Rusty. No gold decals. Tired to do one on the hood and it pulled apart. I just can't do them. I wish there was another local modeling person I could pay to put them on. Ugh.
