Received my grilles today, thanks so much Bill........................they look great!!!

I'm going to do the same thing with my service box 65. I'm just going to use the 70 parts including the wheels and was not going to worry about accuracy with wheels and such. for my 1:1 65 i have after market wheels on it and steelies from a 75 f100 as well.

The steady increase does suck, I buy as many kits from a local in door flea market and keep an eye on hobby lobby discounts or even use the 40% off to get kits I want. Not sure how I would have been able to enjoy this hobby if I was kid these days.

1966 Ford 1 ton dually
wrenchr replied to bill lanfear's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Seems like there are a ton of building options for these F100's. I really dig the idea of the 1 ton. -
just ordered two grilles!!

I think it turned out great and it has a lot in common with the 1:1, the engine makes about the same power.................... My brother had an 88 with the 307 in it and it was the slowest car ever. Made my 90 F150 seem like a performance car/truck.

Just seen this, wow!! I want to build one myself. Very impressed. -
Hi!! I'm thinking of building a yard truck / switcher and was wondering does anyone make a resin body? My work has a 94 and an 08 Ottawa and I have spent a lot of years around them, more so the 94 . Been there since 95 I have even swapped trailers in my shipping days. I'm looking more for 1:25 scale.

I think the 73/79 would sell well. I'd buy a few I know. -
