  1. wow, did not know that. need to buy that version of the ole Ford.
  2. Looking very cool, where did the ardun speed parts come from?
  3. The look I'm going for is an old truck that is being fixed up but leaving the patina on the body. So the drive train will be clean and interior. Once I'm happy with the paint I'll dull it.
  4. Got some time in today since I could not sleep, work nights. I seen this technique here on the forum, will not take credit. Valero paints using sponges. 1st time trying it and still have more work to do. I'm happy so far with the results. 1st model I have built that and is like all my 1:1 old cars I have had in my life....needs a paint job. The paint was still drying in these pics.
  5. Hi Bill, Since you are making parts for the Moebius trucks think there is any interest for a bench vice to mount on the rear bumper of the service truck? A Wilton bullet vise would be cool. Would be cool to offer with your bumpers you are working on. I'd for sure want a few. Good for dioramas as well.
  6. count me in as well.
  7. Those mirrors are very cool. I'm not 100% sure but I think the heavy duty trucks had dual hood latches. I'm not sure what level truck they came on. My 1:1 65's hood even has the revisions on the inside for them. I have seen them in person as well.
  8. Bought a lot of 36 Ford amt trophy series from eBay and this one is savable. Stripped the paint and glued the roof back on so far. Just going to try and rebuild it cleanly into a nice shelf piece. comments welcome.
  9. This is my most recent build, been inspired by so many cool builds here. Not happy with the front wheel backspacing. I made the bed floor diamond plate and started weathering it. Also filled the corner glass. This is the cleanest my workbench has been i think ever. Comments welcome.
  10. That turned out great!! I have a 72 GMC........................hmmmmmm.
  11. Really coming along nice.
  12. nice clean work. Looking forward to building one myself.

  14. until

Have not been in years. Better get going to this one. Very sad.
  15. Very clean build, I like the wheels with the gray centers, I think the kit wheels the way they are are to bright.
  16. I missed the boat on the modelhaus D100.
  17. Looking for a Dodge D100. Looking for some good options?
  18. I think that is wax around the tail lights.
  19. Agree 100%, this is my hobby and it relaxes me when I'm tinkering in the basement. Hours fly by.
  20. The thunderbird looks spot on. My parents owned one and in a storm a tree fell on it. Ah the memories.
  21. Hi Bill, On the 1:1 hubcap the letters have more of a gap to them, maybe that is the issue?
  22. Just placed another order!! You work quick Bill!!
