  1. Fortunately/unfortunately nothing has changed for me. Fortunate because my wife and I are still working. Unfortunate because we have a 15 month old son that I was looking forward to getting to spend a lot of time with. My wife is a registered nurse for the VA hospital in Richmond, VA and I work for a small chemical manufacturer. So, no extra time to do anything fun.
  2. Not today but within the last week. Jimmy Flintstone chopped 53 Ford and a few goodies from action-modeler.
  3. Got this for a project that I will probably never start.
  4. I am going to have to dig it out this weekend. I recently moved and I thought it was one of the kits I unpacked when we got settled. I know where it is, just not sure which box.
  5. May I ask where you got these? They look really nice.
  6. I would like to take part. Is there a limit on how unfinished the kit has to be? I have a Tamiya 1995 Cobra R kit that I started many years ago. All I managed to do was paint the body. Maybe I need something like this to give me a kick up the backside to get started again.
  7. I don't know if they are untouchable, but I have had a couple of pleasant experiences with them. Fast shipping, even with all the stuff that's happening now.
  8. The thing that I saw that I liked better is the Start to Finish section. I like the idea that everything is in one thread. It's very helpful here, though, when guys include the link to their On the Bench thread.
  9. 61 Starliner is in my top ten favorite cars. I have a Jimmy Flintstone resin kit waiting for me to get off my lazy rear.
  10. Tamiya Ferrari F40 and 2 bottles of Model Master black chrome trim paint.
  11. Honestly, that sounds like any random pre-virus day at the Food Lions around here.
  12. Hostess honey buns were the best thing ever before Hostess went under. Now they are mediocre and never fresh.
  13. I really like the DM version.
  14. That's how I feel also. Why take a chance if it's already listed at a good price.
  15. Once again, thank you all for the suggestions. There are colors mentioned that I never thought about.
  16. There is nothing in my life that is that organized. Very nice. Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I need to make a list and place an order somewhere. I would rather buy in person but the virus has us locked up for now.
  17. Are there colors that you always have on hand? I have been collecting kits over the years but haven't had a place to build. Now that I do, I am slowly starting to build up my supplies and I'm trying to figure out which colors I should probably have at all times. My stash has muscle cars, trucks, street rods, F1 cars, and road race cars. Any suggestions?
  18. Great work
  19. I'm sure I paid between $150 to $200 for the '04 version. I bought the '04 because Autoart did not offer the '03 in gray. Now, all these years later, I really want a truer representation of my actual car. It was shocking to see the prices listed on Ebay. I will keep checking the listings to try to find a good deal. Thanks everyone.
  20. Thanks for the info, Randy. I didn't even think about looking at the sold items. I was just shocked to see the starting bid/buy-it-now price. Almost made me want to put mine out there.
  21. Are the Autoart latemodel Mustang Mach 1's regarded highly enough that they bring $200-300? I bought the 2004 version in Dark Shadow Gray when they were in production. I was looking for a 2003 version to strip and paint Dark Shadow Gray ( to match the real car sitting in my garage ) and found these on Ebay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=autoart+2003+mustang+mach+1&_trksid=p2334524.m4084.l1313.TR1.TRC0.A0.H0.Xautoart+mustang+mach+1.TRS0&_osacat=0&_odkw=autoart+mustang+mach+1 Is this truly what they are going for or is this just Ebay crazy pricing?
