Floors aren't that bad but my dad built and restored cars for a living and my uncle had a collision shop for 50 years so I've seen and helped do many floor/trunk pans. It can get costly though.

That dart looks like it was in good shape, the front sub is a fairly easy repair or tube chassis is always an option.
