Tire tracks...I knew something was missing. Thank you for the tip.

It was my first one. Lol. I have gotten that from many of my friends. My mother has always done craft stuff and I used to watch. So, I must have gotten it from her. I’m still working on it as well as another diorama. I posted it under the name “Over the Creek.” Thank you so much for your kind words. Actually...just realized you saw that one. Lol.

Thank you. I figured the coffee filter absorbs the ink quick and evenly, so no need to flip the leaf to paint the other side (time saver). It’s also thinner than regular paper, which brings it more to scale.

Great points. I really messed up painting the headlights. I will try to clean them. I Could try to remove the paint around the bezel and the emblem. Then paint them in chrome and weather them. I found a tutorial online on how to do it. As far as the weed...that’s a tough one but it would be a good challenging project. Thank you for pointing out those details.

I have 4 from a different brand, with different leaf types and sizes. I haven’t used it yet. It is great for fallen leaves. If you think about it, you could have tree debris (especially leaves) anywhere there is a tree nearby. The wind blows them away and they could even end up near garage doors. I would use the cigarette paper to make them because the paper is thinner, curls easier and makes it look more realistic.

I agree. I just started building my little man cave (for modeling) in my spare room. I actually built the airbrushing table by the window. Airbrushing is one thing I haven’t done yet. I just need to get a spray booth to help with the fumes.

You are an amazing artist. Amazing details.

I finally received the static grass applicator. First time using this, so I have to practice to get better results. I figured I would apply some 6mm meadow grass to this diorama. Here are some pictures. I’m not sure the color of the grass I picked goes with the theme. I probably should have used some dead ones, or patchy.

Looks great. Maybe some random shop decals on the walls.

Thanks a lot. That will be the final pose.

Thank you.

True. I just haven’t gotten into the figures yet. I’m still learning and tweaking things to ge the most realistic scenery I could get. I’m also filling my head with information and tutorials on vehicle painting and weathering, so I can then model those on my dioramas.

Thank you. I’m super excited. To be honest. I was really afraid to start in this hobby, thinking I would just mess everything up. Turns out that’s just how I have learned. Lol. I already have my third diorama in my head. I want it to be a section of a city. I’m thinking of trying cobblestones and stucco walls for the building section. Then add a couple of scooters and a vehicle. I have a die cast 1950’s Mercedes Benz 300 SL (white color). I love what you have done in your diorama. Hopefully, some day I’ll be able to get your level of detail.

Very, very nice. I love that model.

Updated. Added some pine trees, touched up on some ground details. Almost finished. I just need to work a little more on the bridge and abutments, on the utility poles and the creek before I add water.

I like the idea of a motorcycle. I didn’t think of that. Would it stand or would I have to modify it? Just wondering. I guess a vintage motorcycle, cruiser or touring, would fit well. Thank you.
