  1. Cool, it's sure worth a try.
  2. Thanks, should work. I have seen black frosting on cakes so yeah, probably licorice.
  3. A lot of impressive work on this one Andrew. Question about the tinted windows, have you done a smoke tint with the food coloring method.
  4. Wow Mark, that's a whole heck of a lotta work. Coming along nicelt tho.?

  10. I know this will be a nice one Jason. Looking forward!!
  11. We almost never watch anything (except some sports) That isn't DVR recorded. That way, don't have to wait thru a commercial or listen to it.
  12. Your weathering is so impressive Roman...the engine and undercarriage, wow!!
  13. Beautiful '57 Convertable, man I love '57 Chevy's!!
  14. Trim is BMF (actually the Ultra Bright) and believe it or not, the handles are Doller Tree silver marker.
  15. Finished the door panels
  16. Mikey likes it too?
  17. I checked the humidity before spraying the clear, was right at 70, so I just did it. Lucky I guess.
  18. I do like the Createx and thanks Richard. I do like the color. I'm hoping it's stress free?
  19. I does Chaz. It's actually a bit darker in person. First I mixed some of the purple with the blue but it came out more purple. I fine sanded it and used the blue on the left with a touch of black over the purple. Well I actually said "easy less stressful" but I hear ya Dennis. I always have some kind of issue with every build.
  20. I am not a newcomer to BMF. Previous sheets I have had I got great results.
  21. Poor adhesion with my newest sheet of Chrome. And I'm not the only member on here who has said the same. Just saying.
  22. With my '55 Chevy build in hiatus I have begun the Revell Snaptite '57 Chevy for an easy less stressfull build (hopefully). Body is painted with Createx Airbrush Pearl Blue over Stynylrez primer. Cleared with Rusto Crystal Clear Acrylic Lacquer. I have not polished it out yet. More to come
