  1. I don't know if there is already a "top ten kit" thread, I did look but nothing popped up. Anyway, what are your top ten kits? It can be anything from cars, boats, trucks, planes, trains, basically anything in scale kit form, and feel free to post pictures:) Lists are subject to change as we build kits that are yet to come out or ones we haven't done yet, but I'll start with what are in mine at the moment. #1. AMT 1962 Buick Electra #2. AMT 1957 Chevy Bel Air (Old Solid Axle) #3. AMT 1965 Pontiac Grand Prix (Grand Slam) #4. MPC 1979 Chevy Nova (Squad Rod) #5. AMT 1971 Ford Thunderbird #6. MPC 1970 Pontiac Bonneville #7. AMT 1964 Chevy Impala (Old Solid Axle) #8. Lindberg 1961 Chevy Impala #9. Revell 1977 Chevy Monte Carlo (Snap-tite) #10. Revell 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302 That's my top ten, I'm tempted to replace my #5 with the 1966 Mercury Park Lane, but I liked how my '71 Thunderbird turned out so much it got my vote over the Park Lane.
  2. Mindhunters was an excellent series. Some of the characters really got you thinking at times are they telling the truth?! ,but then they slowly start to show their true colours as they get interviewed. It portrayed the behaviour of a sociopath extremely realistically. It's scary how convincing they are of their innocence only to slowly realise they really are seriously messed up people, very clever series.
  3. That's pretty cool, nice sporty look to it. I like Pontiac and I like Monte Carlos, best of both worlds!
  4. I love the early 80's Olds and Buicks. Great looking detail in the interior, nice work.
  5. Very nice work. I like the single scoop matching colour hood the most.
  6. Looks very nice! The joint build sounds fun, I'll have to check out the videos:) I've been wanting to do videos on my own builds but my channel is about my 1-1 cars.
  7. Well done:) It's a shame what happened to the originals but It's great to see them recreated and replaced. I look forward to next one.
  8. Very nice work so far.
  9. Looks great, I really like that! Reminds me the Squad Rod.
  10. That's great, I love it. This one really would be unsafe at any speed! haha,
  11. Thanks, mate, she's coming along nicely. I should have it finished tonight:)
  12. Thanks, David.
  13. Superb build, very nice work under the hood. That'll be one noisy wiper motor;)
  14. Sweet looking kits, I love the artwork on the boxes, looks very similar to the artwork on the old Airfix kits.
  15. Nice repair to the front wings. I like that colour, suits it's nicely.
  16. Very nice, the engine looks pretty good for the age of the kit. Nice build.
  17. Another great looking build. I like the tan interior, nicely detailed.
  18. That's very nice and I like the colour.
  19. ohh yes, now this I like! Love the custom parts that came with those old kits, but getting them to fit right and look good is not easy. Very nicely done and I like the colour combo, gold and red! I might try that combo on my '57 Fairlane.
  20. Stunning looking Packard. Very nice job.
  21. Very nice curbside conversion. Colour combo is great, I like that the dash is black to tone all the white down a bit. Nicely done.
  22. That looks beautiful. I like the cream and coffee interior, very nice. Good car in it's day but rusted like mad.
  23. Very nicely built and the underside detail looks great.
  24. That looks absolutely amazing, I love it!
