    I’ve had great success with castrol super clean for breaking down most paint, and it does an admirable job of making the ole testors tube glue fairly brittle. Enough that you can pick it away with dental picks and a sharp #11 blade I let it soak for 48 hours

    Snagged another complete mpc blazer today, two are currently soaking in castrol super clean

    Oh how I wish this wasn’t a curb side! Just got a couple of nice 3D printed lsx engines.

    @Modlbldr middle of your 11th pic, is that an Mpc 32 sedan delivery body? and btw that’s a nice haul of fun there.

    Well after many nips n cuts and filing, I’m calling this a success story. more work is needed of course, I need to decide on interior colours that will accent the two tone paint that I will be going with (see above). The chassis still needs a couple of tweaks, have to add some length to the rear rails and fix the mess I made of the spare tire. but overall I’m darn stoked on this project.
