  1. Bummer! And I knew this one. Maybe a message that is... more blunt? "Do NOT post your answers here!" Color.... BIG font size. Whatever it takes.
  2. Best Acura build I have seen!
  3. Gotta love a Camino with attitude!

    2007 GT500

You got that "photo" thing down! Congrats! Kewl Stang! Those rear rims give it almost a Pro Street flavor... but without the meats.
  5. Charles- Where you been? Flying cars have been around forever! In fact, here is an ad for one...
  6. Nice! Did you say it was green? I didn't notice the color.
  7. Good point. I have also seen a number of them driven by women. But then again, there was only one real Hummer, the H1. The H2 is a tarted-up Chevy, and the H3 is... embarrassing.
  8. Wouldn't it be fun to hire out a Hummer Limo.... dare the driver to "boon" it? Of course, it could be a long walk back to civilization. What's the point of stretching a four wheel drive truck, if it cannot handle the off road? I mean, that's like having a woman without.... um, ya'kno... yeah.
  9. I love Ferrari's. In fact, I love most of the "exotics"... and it is amazing how many get wrecked on a weekly basis. Lately there has been a run on fried Lambo's. EDIT: This weeks carnage... Journalist's Son Crashes $180K Porsche Press Car...
  10. It will sure beat this lump...
  11. I have wrapped parts or assemblies with tin foil to protect it from handling. I have tried it on trans housings, and even whole painted bodies... although I open up a tissue and sandwich it between the body and the foil to protect the paint.
  12. That is an excellent source for stretch limousine pics. Let me share some pics I have collected: Cadillac: http://public.fotki.com/JCole/11_chevy__gmc/11-cadillac-limos-h/ Lincoln & Mercury: http://public.fotki.com/JCole/11_fomoco/11-lincoln--merc-li/ All the rest... http://public.fotki.com/JCole/limos--no-caddys-or/
  13. Why is it being called a "poorly molded kit"? I have the kit, I have always wanted to build it.
  14. We know from your other works that the Caprice will look great! And I must agree, this would make a great candidate for resin cloning
  15. Lee! That is just too funny!
  16. Model... probably a 1/43
  17. Way cool, Jeff! That was good of the owner to let you "test fit" the seats! You gonna buy one? Remember, it's not the price, it's the payments!
  18. Wish I had picked up one of those Fresh Cherries Gremlins when they were plentiful. Here is the only Gremlin pic I have in my 'Box Art" album... For pics of built Gremlins, check out page one of my built models album (not by me, sadly) It's all in alphabetical order http://public.fotki.com/JCole/model_car_shows/misc_model_contests/
  19. Once I walked down a fishing pier... some guy on a boat threw a harpoon at me.
  20. Thank you all for the info. I already have the kit. I think I will have to live with what AMT gave us, as fixing it or making the changes sounds like a real pita. At least the side trim can be altered... which I will, as I plan on doing a '57. I already bought the chrome from the Modelhaus. My plan was to build the Tulsa "Miss Belvedere", but... I just cannot wrap my head around making a mud pie. So I guess I will settle for what Miss "B" looked like before she went in the vault.
  21. Here is another LowDown… I call them “Skateboardsâ€â€¦ I have a pic somewhere of that Mini, I’ll post it if I find it.
  22. Fake. Fake. Fake! Everyone knows the typical scale modeler weighs at least 280 lbs!
  23. I just had to share these pics... VW Beetle dubbed The Woodruff Special
  24. Thank you for the comments posted so far! Keep them coming!
