I appreciate all the info John. I'm not looking to get back on this build any time soon but if I do it will not be a two tone.

I appreciate it Ken.

I got a little more completed so I guess any work is moving forward. I got the back of the truck buttons up and I believe I'm done with the interior tub. I still need to do a little detail work on the firewall and I'll be ready to install the engine. This kit comes with a trailer so I'm going to add the trailer hitch and have this truck pulling a drag car to the track. -

I popped the windshield back out and foiled the trim around the windshield. Better look and takes away from all that black. -

Fellows, I decided to not shoot any clear on the body so I waxed it up and I have started the assembly process on this one. I painted the rotors a flat brass and the front glass has been installed but now I'm thinking I want to foil the trim around the windshield. -
Thanks man. We'll see but I'm going to finish my other build thats on the bench before I even think about this one.
-
Much obliged. If I can figure out another option for the paint I'll drag it back out.

Thanks David. I'm hoping the small amount of bright work on this pickup will be enough to tone down all that black. -
Super kewl. Wish I had one of these bodies.
