I had a little time at the bench yesterday and made a little progress. I now have the chassis modified to except these Big ole meats. I think I'll leave the tires in the rear exposed in the bed as I'm adding a bed cover. Just need to get a game plan on how to mount the blown engine in the business end. -

I finally got a little bench time and I think I'm finished with the engine bay area. The wheels & tires are finished as well.

Well fellows, I decided to build the engine that came in the Revell 41 Willy's Competition Coupe (1963 Version) but this is not a very good looking engine IMO. I'm not sure what size engine this is but at one point they were running a blown 467 Oldsmobile engine. I'm currently doing some paint work on my 1:1 1949 Chevy pickup Restomod so bench time is limited. -
Looks pretty nice there Jeremy. That chrome came out mighty fine.

Really nice looking drag car Terry. Great detail work. Nice build.

Nicely done. I dig all the Drag cars.

On yeah, that turned out Super nice Chad. That Krylon foil green looks really sharp. Great looking 3D printed parts and that's a different take on the front grille. Nicely done. You might want to post this in the "Under Glass" forum for others to see.
