Just finished this Moebius kit this morning and other than plug wires & bmf on the trim it's box stock. Pretty nice kit. It's painted with Tamiya X-7 Acrylic paint thinned with Mr. Color Leveling Thinner 2-1 and cleared with Tamiya X-22 Clear. It was then wet sanded and polished with Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Fine Cut Cleaner & Liquid Wax. I think it came out pretty nice. I'm calling this one "Lil Red". It's a keeper. Zippi replied to Bernard Kron's topic in WIP: Model Cars
The 29 is coming along nicely. -
Looks like a nice kit. I like that big ole 427. The 70's Street Rod sounds good.

That Thunderbird is looking good. I was always a big fan of Bob Glidden. I loved to see him go up against Warren Johnson and betting him.
-
Love those 65 Fastback Mustangs. Super nice and clean. The interior looks really sharp.

Wow....that's a Big Boy right there. Great looking black Caddy. Just a nice looking build. Nice job on a nice kit.

When you said tabs Ray I got to thinking about the two post that are on the bracket that holds the rear bumper. These post face forward so off they came. It was a tight fit but it went together. Thanks for jogging my brain Ray. I'm now a happy camper.

I was putting the body onto the chassis and it wouldn't fit. I pulled the bumpers back off. The chassis needs to go back further but I'm hitting the bracket for the rear bumper. Not sure what's going on here but I've played with it long enough today. Back in the box and let is set for a while I guess.

Thanks Dave. Yeah, I think once I made the switch to an airbrush and a paint booth that is where things started getting better. I still have issues but though.

That's a Looker right there Richard. Love the old Gassers especially the 41 Willy's. Man that orange just pops. Super Clean looking build.

That's a good looking 63 Ford. I really like that color. Body color and interior color go together well.
-
Thanks man. Much appreciated.

I got the bmf finished up this morning and I got all the glass installed. The side glass and the glass in the wing windows had to be reversed. They would not seat right per the instructions.

Good looking little grocery getter James. -
That is going to be a nice build Roman. I built the hardtop version last year. Juat a wonderful kit to build. I really like the box art. You going to paint it like the box art or have another color in mind?

That you for your service. 72-76 Power Production Specialist. I mostly worked on the flight line maintaining the Barrier systems.
