Thank's for the suggestion JC. I have a 66 Nova Pro Steet chassis that is tubbed out. Just not sure what other body it would work on or if I cut the back half (Tubbed section) off, what it could matt up to for a full chassis and then what body. All new to me.

I thought when they hung their little red & white 40% off tag at the end of the rack it meant everything on that side was% off. I found out that's not so. I'm not sure how to tell what's on sale and what's not. Can't really go by the ads as they do not pertain to your local store. I believe it's HL in general. I'm been there when their ad says they have it and it's not there and when their ad has said "Sold out" and they have it. It's a guessing game everytime I go.

Thanks for the info Casey and I have seen them out there. I've had my identity stolen and CC compromised multiple times so ordering online is a last resort for me anymore now adays. Waiting for my local hobby shop to get them in.

That's a really nice looking Jag. Boy that paint is slick and deep looking. The engine bay looks second to none. All the colors look realistic.

Nice looking so far. That was my first build when I got back into modeling. Had trouble with the corner windows fitting correctly.

That turned out really nice. That chop looks just right. I'd like to have one of these kits but they are a little pricey.

Doing a little research and came across these pics.

I mixed a little Testors gloss green white gloss white. A slight mint color. Might look pretty kewl.

Yeah that's pretty kewl but I'm old school. I like the naturally aspirated engines.

I had a 37 Ford pickup Street Rod 1:1 with a chevy 302. Ford tough with Chevy stuff.

Haha.....even the instructions show a chevy engine.

I think the pic of the white one is painted white around the bed and back window trip is black. I removed the lip on the rear of the roof. Looks much better.

That little Tricky Vicky is looking pretty sharp.

There is an optional part for the roof if you want to do a custom build. I was thinking it had to do with that roof panel but it doesn't come into contact with it. Think I'll sand it off. Just doesn't look right to me.

I did some research and it looks like some of the Ranchero's have the ridge on the rear of the roof and some don't. Still not sure if I want to remove it or not.

I found some hubs that fit and work with the metal axles in the kit so I did another moc up to make sure the wheels & tires still fit before I go any further. They look tight but they do spin. I think it looks fine. Still wondering about the ridge at the rear of the roof. Should that be removed or not???
