Thanks Chris. Yeah I have them like this for now. Just wanted something a little different. I'll have to play around with it.
-
I'll need to check and see if they would be long enough if I cut them off.

Ok....I got the suspension set up and put the body on for a test fit. It's not as low as I was hoping for but that's about all I can get.
-
I'm waiting to wire the engine as I haven't made up my mind yet on the headers. I had thought about cutting them off and having straight pipes coming off the heads. Just not sure yet.

Hot Dog.....nice Bill. I'm down with it.

Thank's for the info.
-
Yup....and correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't it a 2 piece body.
-
Thanks Mark.

Body work has been done and I got some paint on the body. Anita's Cobalt blue polished with Novus 2. Engine is getting close to being finished.

Which Craft Paint Do You Prefer?
Zippi replied to Miatatom's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I thin all my craft paints with Windex. The blue seems to disappear once you start mixing. Doesn't effect the paint color at all. For me anyway. -
So Michael, is the body two piece like the older kits were?
-
Thanks Rusty. I acutally painted it silver by mistake. I'll have to get after it with some black.

Jim Travers ‘32 Ford stock car
Zippi replied to crossfire 2004's topic in Other Racing: Road Racing, Salt Flat Racers
What a nice clean looking little 32 Ford. You captured it just right. Nice build. -
Yeah its differently different from the flat gray. I always shake mine for a good 3-5 min and set the can in hot water for about 5 min before spraying. Seems to help and spray mu!triple light coats.

Revell Chevy 65 long box

Good looking work truck Mario. Plain and simple with a great color. Outstanding like all your builds. -
That green is good looking on your Mustang Mario. Those bigger tires really make the car look so much better. I always like the backdrop you use. Nice job.

Good to know. Thanks Peter.
