  1. Yea the reissue was $14 at Ollie's recently. Someone here might have an extra to trade even though you're way across the ocean.
  2. Most of those four door trucks have a tiny little bed. If I can't carry lumber in it then it's not really a truck.
  3. I've been eyeing the Olds for a while, since it's Hobby Lobby I figured they would have them practically forever so I finally got it. The trailer I hadn't seen before and had to have it. Must be a new to them item. Funny thing, they don't have any 1/32 semis to go with it. Luckily I do.
  4. I always liked four doors better. I don't have to open my door and lean forward to let someone in and the door itself only weighs 3/4 of a ton instead of the full ton.
  5. A Pinto with a flathead. What an odd choice.
  6. Click "add files" and select the pictures you want to post. If you don't insert them they will appear at the end of the post. If you want to insert them they will appear where you leave the cursor. It's easier to write the post then move the cursor where you want each picture If you insert them.
  7. I've said it before and I'll say it again, but with a picture this time.
  8. Yes, rollers with the sticker still on the tread of a brand new tire. The tires do look pretty old for new tires though.
  9. I like how they left the sticker on the tread to be eaten away by the road.
  10. I had a '78 Coupe Deville, it was nice. It had the fiber optic stuff, neat setup. It also had a 425. My van uses a fiber optic cable for the ashtray light.
  11. The car goes because I push the big rectangle thingy, and it stops because I push the smaller rectangle thingy next to it.
  12. Went to the LHS today. Surprisingly, they didn't have anything I was looking for. Not wanting to leave empty handed, I picked up these two. The Jeep was $23, the Stude isn't really my thing but it was only ten bucks.
  13. I don't think many places have exceptions. From what I've seen, a common remedy is rewiring the reverse lights to be the turn signals and changing the bulb to an amber one. Then adding clears somewhere for the reverse lights. It isn't as noticeable a change as the cars pictured.
  14. Since we're talking about taillights, this is a modification I did on my 93. Probably nobody would ever even notice, but I wanted to do it. In these pictures they're on my 99, but I redid them and put them on my 93 instead. First picture, left is modified right is stock. Second picture both modified.
  15. Mine's a 99 C1500 OBS. I just checked again to make sure, the hazards don't flash when you step on the brake.
  16. Every GM I have ever owned that didn't have rear facing amber lights, the newest being a 99 with a third brake light.
  17. No, the hazards do not override the brake lights. Not on my GM vehicles. When you step on the brake the lights remain illuminated and both dashboard turn signal indicators stay illuminated.
