That one is 1/25, and the front suspension isn't accurate. It has a solid front axle instead of control arms.

I don't look out the back window because there's usually a trailer tailgating me.

Removing some nasty words from the side of the truck I just got. Etching primer: Sanding primer: I'll sand it and spray the color tomorrow when I find a close color as nobody has the color match on the shelf.

I seem to remember a story told by Ace about a purse hanger in a customer's car.

Noticed the truck getting hot, made it to the parts store. Thermostat housing leaking, bought and installed a new one. Then later noticed water dripping, radiator leaking. Warranty item exchanged for a new one. The plastic tank was leaking.

When I woke up this morning, the house air conditioner/heat pump wasn't working. Breaker tripped, so I reset it and the air conditioner screamed at me then tripped the breaker again. Compressor is bad, might need another unit. I just got this one (used) six months ago.

The kits are from my dad, real cars he used to own. The truck is a die-cast from my brother.

Central Florida here. It's daylight and I just saw three large drones fly over on the same path. They looked dirty so I tried to wash them with a high pressure water hose as they flew by.

The reason I hadn't done anything with the rallies was one tire was unusable. I got them off a truck at the junkyard and it looked like someone power braked the tread off the tire before they sent the truck to the junkyard. Online showed Pep Boys has them, so I went to the one closest to me. I figured if they didn't have one in stock I could order it. They said long discontinued, but they did have one in stock. So now all four are on the van with center caps. Yes, I like that much better. If you're curious, the other two tires on the aluminum rims were fine.

Reason #2 the van has been sitting so long, bad tire: I didn't notice it because it's on the inside and the tread is thick on the outside. I'm going to write a strongly worded letter to the tire company about how their cheap tires wear out unevenly. I was going to put the rear on the front and use one of the rallies that I bought for my other truck temporarily, but the rear wasn't all that great either so I swapped on two. I guess I'll have to check the condition of the two tires on the other side. I knew the rallies are 8 wide, I thought the aluminum ones were too but they're 6.5 wide. I'm actually liking the rallies on the van so I'm thinking of keeping them on and using the aluminum ones on the truck instead. What do you guys think? I have all eight center caps even though there's only one of each on the rear.

The van has been sitting for a couple months, I didn't want to use it until I changed the oil and transmission fluid. Haven't had time, but I have it on jack stands right now with the oil plug out and the transmission pan off. This is the oddest example of shrinkflation I've ever seen.

Sort of looks like the thing I had to bite down on when the dentist took x-rays of my mouth. Back when I had teeth.
