Ex Lindberg kit, build nice although there are a few really flimsy parts but it turns into a decent model. The only thing is if you are building the stock version, the stock wheels are too much on the inside. I realized this after it was finished. Spacers should be added to enlarge the width.

Nice hot rod. Looks pretty neat in that light color. I dig it.

Love what you did with this. You could not have chosen a better color for it. I like it.

Could easily pass for the real thing. Although the revell kit is really good, you brought it to the next level.

awesome work.It look fantastic. -
Agreed, I also build mine stock. The JB stuff looks to toy-ish for my taste. That paint job is awesome. Really glad Revell addressed this one, it was long overdue.

Back to the bench, I had a spare kit of the revell black widow. The black top was done a few years ago, I thought I'd build it's reverse image counterpart. I have build a few models since I'm back from the hospital. I'm on leave till january so I will have some free time to build. As always thanks for looking.

Hello guys, back at home, surgery went well, as far as a 5 bypass goes.Got back Thursday. not too strong, my blood pressure is low so I don't have a lot of energy but I am on the right track.Bering at home makes the recovery easier. Expect to see new posts but not right away but I'm looking forward to post again and comment. Thank you all for your words of encouragement. It certainly helped me out. I will take care of myself to be back as soon as possible. Thanks again folks for caring and don't take anything for granted. Take care and bye for now.

Hi fellows, Sometimes life send you signals that you chose to ignore, sometimes the signal is loud and clear. After a few days of not feeling so good I went for tests and found out that I have a major heart artery blockage problem. I will have to go under for a triple bypass which was quite a shock because the symptoms were minimal. I am not worried about the surgery though I am in very good hands, this hospital has the best heart surgeons. I have a few rough days to come but after that I should go back to my usual "happy grumpiness". This incident made me re think my retirement plan. I was due to retire next august at 68th birth day but after this I am going to focus on me so this might be a blessing in disguise. I have several models completed but did not have time to photograph them so I’ll have a lot to post then. I don’t know when but like the terminator would say, ‘’ I’ll be back ‘’ Cheers and take care.

Thanks Curtis, Agreed, it would not be too hard, all the components are already there, the grille could be easily done, I have both the Daytona and 69 charger but I did not want to cannibalized the kits I have other plans for those.

Thank you all, really appreciated. Cheers!
