I find the steelies and dog dish caps perfect for that era. Those car were destined to budget average joe who wanted raw power and no frills. Not to say that a nice set of wheels did not look good on them but I like the look of matching paint on the steelies. Thanks Nathan, nice Daytona, yes these were tricky. Thanks you Mathias. Thanks Joe. Thank you David. Thanks Craig, appreciated. Thanks Donato. Thanks Larry. Thanks Scot.

  18. For some reasons, there are only 2 Porsche models that I absolutely love. The Porsche 917 and the Carrera from the 70-80's. You did it justice, that color is awesome . The lighting is a nice touch.
  19. Radical , lean and mean. I like it.
  20. Beautiful olds, looks super nice in that bright yellow especially outdoors, makes it pop.
  21. Very clean build. Nice work putting this all together. Beautiful results.
  22. Turned out super nice . Great color choice for such a unusual car. Great job.
  23. What can I say, I'm a big fan of the 68-70 Charger. Had this kit for a while, almost forgot about it. I did no know what color I wanted it so I left it on the shelve and ,a few weeks ago, I was looking at cars on the google machine and I stumbled on a photo of a Daytona that had this color and , well , there you have it. A really nice kit to build, though you have to be careful with the front end, a lot of dry fit is in order. The color is a mix of Tamiya acrylics, namely metallic brown , copper and a bit of clear red. Coated with TS13. Tamiya sprays are now banned in Canada, so I am switching to Mr color super gloss and it does the same job as Tamiya so, kind of relieved. I also tried the acrylic gloss water base spray from the same brand and I just love it. Same results as TS13 but no odor, dries just as fast. As always wishing you well and thanks for looking.
  24. A beautiful Charger. Great paint job and that green looks super nice on this car.
