A close representation of my very first car, although a 72 satellite Sebring, they share the same body except for the rear bumper and side markers. It had a modest 318 in it ,later replaced by a 4 barrel 340 which was a major improvement. I had a lot of fun with this car. This body style seems to be either loved or hated. Personally, I just love this body style and when you see one today , it turns heads around. I have several versions that I build which I will post eventually. I was so disappointed when Revell re issued this kit as the Dom's gtx droping the ball on the 72 rear bumper, how hard could it be to re tool a rear bumper. The side markers are an easy fix. Maybe they thought that the F/F fans wouldn't notice or care. I tried to find an aftermarket resin alternative but could nor contact any. The kit, although simple, is easy to build and gives a decent model. Thanks for looking and I hope you like it.

Nice ride, not familiar with this particular Toyota model but it looks like a Mercedes from that era. Cool color and stance.

Beautiful Chevy, clean trim and finish. Always nice to have a personal connection to a model, it makes it all the more significant. -
Nice and original. Fatter fat fenders, I like that.

Beautiful in red, Nice trim too. Makes me want to build mine.

Thank you Helmut, I like the look that painted wheels and dog dishes give those old muscle car.

Thanks Bill, Yes the grille is from the kit, I only used black wash on it. The wheels come from Fireball and the tires from the spare box.

Super nice builds, I like the color scheme on both. Great work. -
Turned out nice, the first rule in modelling is ; have fun, accuracy and realism are optional. Sometimes building an old kit you built when you were young brings back a lot of good memories. Nicely done and painted.
-
The decals were included in the kit . I think there were also white stripes.
-
A simple kit, not much details but it builds to a nice shelve model. Custom mix Tamiya acrylics with the usual TS13 clear. I prefer the 70 cuda but I still like that body style enough to build one. thanks for looking.

Great job on the impala, white and red goes so well on these.

Beautiful pair, they are both stunning, the black one has a nice textured effect.
