Mine came with those wheels, but I have others to use. I would be using the suspension from one of the Revell, GM trucks. I have a bunch of them, and I checked, they fit pretty good. -
I'm pretty confident I got that contour in but the first coat of primer will confirm this. Moving on, this shifter, generously donated for this project by rsmodels (Rich) needed a Hurst T handle so I took this piece of non-stick decal backing paper, positioned the shift lever and handle appropriately, and put a drop of glue in place. I hope this non-stick paper does its job and doesn't stick when it is dry. Then I can paint it to look like aluminum.

My local Ollie's never has any model kits. Once I saw a Lidberg battleship. Not my thang.

'75 Chevy surfer van.

I'm getting some mileage out of this can of Krylon. They call it pebble beige but l'm calling it sandalwood. I've already done 3 interiors with it. It's a pretty good looking color for interiors. I need to pick up some more. Got the interior shot. With some carpet and detailing, it should look nice. Hit the inside of the body too. -

I got this Ford surfer van to use for all the many great parts. I intend to trade it off with 2 sets of new wheels and tires. But it's such a handsome van that lm toying with the idea of doing another 4x4 van. Just a thought. -

Those Ford seats were pretty involved putting together but they are worth it. I think they look way better than the original seats. Interior coming together. Little mor sanding on the body. Found the top portion of the engine. All painted up, ready to go. -
If they do have kits at blowout prices, they aren't advertising it in the online sale flyer. I'm not shlepping over there until next week for the regular 40% off sale. Need some paints and stuff.

Moving right along. Now that I this rig is going to have a modern flat screen TV, I decided to turn that old school TV into storage drawers. I scavenged the nicer looking seats from the Ford van as well as the decals, and surufboards. The nice wheels and tires are going to other projects. I gotta say, These are some handsome vintage surfboards and racks. AMT did a nice job on all this stuff. Big fan of those Wide Ovals. Can't wait until they offer these as a set. All over several sets! -
I can't see why it wouldn't. The difference is not that far off.
