Getting back to "how about a Fresca", A good friend of mine used to love that quote so much, he started to drink Fresca all the time. He would hunt it down all over town. You couldn't find it very easy even 20 years ago. I don't know if you the even make it anymore. I'll have to try to remember to ask him if he still finds it today, next time I talk to him. He lives out in L.A. today. He's kinda obsessed with 70s and 80s throwback stuff.

Another Fast Times Spicoli. ?

The Entex, '69 Vette that I won on eBay arrived today! Upon closer inspection, it looks a lot better than I thought it would. Got some cool plans for this one too. Have better tires and side pipes from the '55 Nomad Kit and just ordered some 1/16 Torq thrusts from Casey's eBay store to give it that "Day 2" look. Should be a cool finished model. With everything I have ahead of it on the bench, no telling when I'll get to start it.

One of my best friends talks to Tommy and Peter Jespersen all the time on social media. Him and his cousin were in a Philly band called Marah, when they were in L.A. while touring in North America, Jesperson had them over for dinner. Here is a video of them when they were on Conan O'Brian back in 2000. My friend Joe is on bass and my friend Mick (his cousin) is on the kit.
