Thanks to everyone for your advice. Rustoleum was my primer of choice but lately it’s been spraying on powdery. Also had trouble with their white topcoat so I switched all my paint to Tamiya, but they don’t have a black primer.

Can anyone recommend a good black primer, I’m done using Rustoleum.
