Wow…I can’t believe the detail

AMT 61 Impala kit. My first attempt at spray painting in my return to modeling. All the trim was hand painted.

Advanced painting is right…it looks great!!!

Nice work on the paint…is it a Salvinos charger?

AMT Mustang kit. Filled in body cavities and sanded down the trim to give it a sheet metal look. Opened up the wheel wells to accommodate larger tires. Left over decals and plastic performance wheels and tires finished it off.

One movie I absolutely hated was Boogie Nights. Not sure if I was in a bad mood or what was going on in my life to make me have a deep disdain for it. Maybe it was stupid names like Dirk Diggler or Chest or maybe trying to be edgy by casting some real porn stars but man, I don’t think I’ll ever watch it again. I feel a small amount of vindication knowing that Burt Reynolds hated it too, almost got into fist fights with the director and refused to promote it. I’m curious what others think of the film.
