  1. My eventual build will involve customizing with modern styling. Going to be a balancing act to avoid looking like haphazard mish mash of parts.
  2. Well, that certainly answers my question, thanks everyone. Sacrilege it is πŸ˜‚ Will definitely plan something out before starting anything as ambitious as what I'm brainstorming.
  3. Hello all. Trying to get some opinions on the Orange Hauler kit. Recently picked up some kit lots from eBay and amongst it is what appears to be a mostly, if not fully, complete Hauler. As I'm not familiar with this kit, other than being a Monogram exclusive, here's my question: Would it sacrilege to build a modded version or would it be better to trade it off to someone who wants an oob build? Didn't know if this was a sought after kit, i.e. unobtanium, so figured best to ask here. Definitely not using ebay to gauge things as instructions for this kit are listed from anywhere from $5-15. Thank you for your time.
  4. The Torino is part of the wanted list, items up for trading are the ones pictured. Hope this helps out.
  5. Other than that split, hows the rest of that blue dually? Ditto for the red hot rod.
  6. Have a Revell T Touring up for trade, open box and bags however, appears complete. Looking for a Shelby Charger, snapetite or full detail is fine. Prefer unbuilt as I'm mostly interested in the body and the fender flares. Built up would work also. Update: also interested in the following 4 headlight fox body mustang(preferably 4cyl version) Chevy Beretta Dodge Omni Chevette Citation Other 80's econo boxy cars Since the Shelby Charger seems to be elusive I've added a list to hopefully help. Thank you for your time.
  7. I may be wrong however, do believe stitchdup was referring to the " custom 37 Ford convertible". In reality it's a kit of Boyd Coddingtons Smoothster.
  8. All it needs is a scale Cobra Commander as a rider and it'd be all set. Looks great!
  9. Great job, awesome detailing of the interior. On my to-do list is the Knight Industries Three Thousand from the short lived Knight Rider revival. Specifically the pursuit mode in the Pilot film before they went all Ricky racer on the exterior. For simplicity sake it'll more than likely be in hot wheels 1/64th scale πŸ˜…
  10. Reminds me of the XP-64 Corvette SS. Looks good, will be following this build.
  11. Far as intake is concerned I'd suggest the intake from a nascar kit. Newer releases had separate intake runners which look just like what you need.
  12. What all did you use to make that engine? It's a looker.
