  1. Real wood cargo floor, flocking added.
  2. AMT kit supplied hood & dash, Monogram Monte Carlo SS seats & Buick Grand National door panels, parts box console.
  3. This is an old R M R Vacuum-Craft trans kit consisting of the body, interior "tub", and a bench seat which I did not use. Looks pretty good on a Revell 67 Chevelle chassis, right?
  4. Very nice!
  5. Very nice! The black & gold look great together.
  6. Beautiful build! That's my favorite year of Corvette. I built the roadster in the same color scheme.
  7. That's beautiful! So sorry to hear about Brad...
  8. That looks amazing! A perfect color choice too.
  9. Very cool!
  10. That is a beautiful build, that's loaded with so much detail it's mind blowing!
  11. I live in Kernersville now, moving from Winston-Salem after my wife and I bought a house. We really need to wear name tags at these shows, Lol. You and I seem to keep missing each other. I get what you're saying Rick, seeing that I travel to Cary once a month to participate in a club, that reached out to me about joining at a show they put on at Hangar 18 Hobbies. I do also attend an IPMS chapter meeting, on the 3rd Thursday of the month in Winston-Salem. The June meeting is this coming Thursday the 20th at 7pm, at the Southpark Community Center on Country Club Rd. George W. from the Fast Traxx/Race City group also happens to live in Kernersville, and he and I have spoken about the state of their show, and possibly finding a venue to save the April show (God bless them for putting on two shows/year!). I have also talked to a CKM guy at other shows, about their event. I'm glad to hear they aren't giving up! Which brings me to the point of my posting, in that a lot of shows are joint efforts between two or more clubs, because of the work involved in putting on one of these events. They are building a community center in Kernersville, and I have been in touch with city officials about renting the venue. I have a contact in the Winston-Salem school system, who is looking into the possibility of using a school gym for an event. I am also thinking about talking to my church committee, about using our church basement for an event. We're losing our NC shows, and I'm hoping to do something about that. These events in SC are too far away for a day trip, and would require motel stays, and time-off requests from work to attend.
  12. That's a pretty sweet paint job! Great color combination, and a very creative build.
  13. Beautiful work! Definitely an excellent color choice too.
  14. Very nice! A spot-on replica.
  15. What's your price on this? Is it intended for the Revell plow truck chassis?
  16. Thanks! I already have my entry forms filled out, Lol. I've attended the Roanoke show for the last two years (I believe that's where I picked up the flyer). These two shows are almost right next to each other, barely 5 miles apart.
  17. Excellent paint work! It looks like a "go mango" pearl coat. Great looking all around build!
  18. That looks amazing! The paint, extra detail, but my favorite part is the bowtie on the underside.
  19. I think it looks amazing! I love all the custom touches you've done.
  20. I have bought several from a vendor, at several shows here in NC. I'm not sure if he's on this forum or not, but I could reach out to him on FB if you like.
  21. Wow, that's a contest winning paint job there! The blue looks amazing.
