I am going to call this basically done. I need to put an antenna on and a rearview mirror. Mike Hanson painted this about ten years ago. These are nice kits and go together well. The hoods are tough to get aligned and the fenders are a bit droopy compared to the 1:1 cars but overall a nice kit. I had a Turbine Bronze 67 many many years ago. The paint work Mike did on this car is fabulous. If I could only paint like he does..... Anyhow on to a new 68 GTO.

I still have my 65, I keep it on display in the showroom. Wow small world and you need to pop in and say hi . I don't know many model cars builders.

Wing does look a bit tall but I probably wouldn't use it anyhow. Do the exhaust tips look weird to anyone? Years ago I had a 71 Demon 340 and I don't think that is the shape for the tips but this is being nit picky on my part. Overall I am so excited about the kit.

Many years ago I built a 1975 Hang Ten using Keith Marks decals. It actually came out pretty well. This picture is quite old and has been on my desktop for at least 10 years

I should wrap up this 67 R/T this next week. The body paint and vinyl top etc was done by Mike Hanson many years ago and it is Turbine Bronze. The paint is fabulous on this kit. I think I have had it in my to be built stash for 10 plus years. I need to finish up with like a few suspension pieces, Hemi emblems, wipers etc. Nice kit maybe not the best body shape but still builds pretty nice. I own a 1:1 red 67 R/T now and back years ago I had a Turbine Bronze with white top and white interior R/T.

Well this is great news. I have the Demon on order and looking forward to that Coronet hardtop. I also would like the 63 F100! This could be an expensive year. Oh then there are the Moebius 65 Coronets coming at some point I assume?

I have never seen a 73 Grand Am built and look like that! Oh my goodness such a great job.

That is a great job. I spent a considerable amount of time in a friend's 72. Green white vinyl top and those exact wheels.

There was a 1967 Imperial on Bring a Trailer last week that looked very similar to the 68 you built. Nice builds.
