This is looking good, John...I am thankful that you are posting your builds, regardless. Thanks, John...Some people expect that it is more than a model car, I guess. Keep it going...you're creativity is helpful as inspiration!
I own two bass guitars...a Fender fretless Jazz Bass and a fretted P-Bass...I have learned a few parts of songs...just having fun with them from time to time by playing by tab. I do want to learn to read music, at least sometime before I die!!

I'm with you 100%!! So glad the 66 Batmobile came out. I just finished the snap kit on the weekend and have the glue kit waiting at the LHS. Did you join Club 1701? I got a red T-shirt! Looks to be an awesome kit. My other was a Saturn V rocket, which I picked up in the spring and haven't built yet.
Paint. I really need to set up a proper spray booth so I can paint year 'round in any weather, as well as learning to paint with my airbrush. I've only used it for a few bodies since I bought it. I have not got a proper area set up for spraying paint and mostly use spray cans outdoors for the bodies and brushes for the rest. I used to brush paint the bodies too!!
Also, I need to spend more time at the bench and less time on the internet!!
I love cars and building models of them. I love learning new techniques and love seeing others' builds. All part of the constant learning in life and this hobby.
I've received a shipment of models by UPS without having been dinged for brokerage fees. I have had the opposite happen, though...for a gift no less! That was a few years ago now and was an old tin toy (rusted and only three wheels on it!) and I got dinged for brokerage/Customs fees. Maybe the Free Trade Agreement has had some adjustments?? Could be that UPS may have changed their policy due to complaints in the past about the exorbitant fees? Hopefully it all works out for the good! Let us know how it goes, Bill. Could be a good bit of knowledge!
