  1. Followed the WIP, great job. I had never seen that paint scheme on a Petty car, great addition to the collection!
  2. Excellent build. I love it. Nice photos on the mirror also!
  3. Just heard that Earl Scruggs passed. One of the founding fathers of bluegrass along with Lester Flatt and Bill Monroe, inventor of the Scruggs style of picking that all banjo players emulate today. He will be truly missed.
  4. Nice job. I never understood why these didn't sell better, the perfect station wagon for the new millenium.
  5. Way cool. Can't wait to see more.
  6. I love these trucks and this kit. Careful Harry doesn't move it on you !
  7. Modeling in your sleep, now that's dedicated (or warped)
  8. I'm with you Ed. Have never attended a reunion, don't plan to. This year will be the 40th.
  9. I've been trying without success to copy/paste the list into PM's (I'm just computer literate enough to be dangerous). If you would like the list, please PM me with your email and I'll send it off to you. Thanks again.
  10. I tried to attach an excel file to a PM and received an error. What types of files can be attached? I looked in the Help topics but nothing there?
  11. I found this from a Google image search. The back deck appears to be blue (hard to tell). I've seen pics of the dash blue or black. Since it's at Milwaukee it could be a show car or a replica? Or maybe they were testing?
  12. Very cool. Great job.
  13. Really, a mid-engined Bonneville funny car? Really? What were they smoking back then?
  14. Thanks for all the responses and great info. I haven't forgotten you guys, been under the weather the last few days and trying to put together a list. I'll be PMing those that were interested soon. I don't suppose there is a way to send the same PM to multiple recipients?
  15. Wow. 1/43 plug wires that don't look like heater hoses. Excellent work.
  16. First rate replica. Put it in the right backround and it would look real! I always wondered about this car, the 4 front wheel idea must not have been an advantage, or did they rule it out of the book like the turbines at Indy?
  17. I'm confused (what's new ). Is this post aimed at this site or a copy of what you posted on 'Brian's Model Cars' site?
  18. 2 great models. Looking forward to their progress.
  19. Add my congrats. Great model!
  20. Looks great, love the wheels! Nice clean job.
  21. Very cool collection. I've been getting more and more into the older stuff. These are great, looks like you do a lot of research. Hope to see more!

    VW 1300

Very nice, brings back a lot of memories. These used to be everywhere on the roads, I remember when you could get one new for $1,800! Now they are a very rare sight. Excellent work.
  23. Johann, the kit comes from a new manufacterer named Moebius. They've released 2 versions of the Hudson (the other is Tim Flock's NASCAR). They are also due out with a 55 Chrysler 300 that a lot of us are drooling over. They also released a tractor trailer rig and have some more stuff in the works. The Hudson is a great kit, well worth the time if you're into the subject.
  24. Doh - 'head slap'. Why didn't I catch that?
  25. Also, weren't driveshafts painted white so they would show up when they came out from under a car in a wreck? I love this build btw, got one of my own in the case.
