  1. All mine have flaws, they are what they are you're right. Great looking builds just the same.
  2. Try Southern Motorsports Hobbies. Do a search for #67. They list 3 sheets for Buddy, not sure what years they are. Great job on the body BTW.
  3. 3 sweet rides. A black wash on the grille of the GTO would do wonders, but they're all cool just the same.
  4. I knew it was back up, there was a thread about a month ago? I look in occasionally but never see any activity. I am going to post some kits I'm weeding out to see how it goes.
  5. Unless it's one I already have, I open and inspect. Usually take the bag most of the parts are in and wrap the clear tree (unless it's already wrapped). I too like to inspect all the parts and peruse the instructions. Especially the new tools lately, like the Hudson, I can check out for quite a while.
  6. Great start Fred. Keep us posted.
  7. Great job. Not a factory color but looks like it should have been.
  8. Very nice. I'm liking what Moebius is doing, getting all the mileage they can out of that great tool. Here's hoping they're successful enough to keep it going!
  9. LOL, been there-done that. And there's no going back
  10. I like it. Love those Impalas.
  11. Sweet. Mean looking Mopar. Great job!
  12. Great engine details. Excellent builds!
  13. Not my cup of tea but great build nonetheless. I love the engine details and the weathering.
  14. These are great. I can't wait for the new Revell kit.
  15. Whatever works for you as a release (as long as it's not beating your wife). If smashing it with all the ensuing consequences makes you feel better then by all means. We buy 'em to do what we want with 'em.
  16. Nice clean work. I like it!
  17. Hmmm. What would you plop a stock 440 into? Stock manifolds, 4bbl, power steering? Great job BTW.
  18. I like it. That could be competitive with a fiberglass body, like the ProComp cars. It's even fairly aero. Great job on the chassis detailing.
  19. Great build of a great subject. The combination of Butch and Neil, two of the greatest, is awesome. I love it!
  20. You can't have it both ways. If we want better engineered kits, fewer re-issues (new tools), more options, better tires, American not Chinese jobs, etc. etc. it's going to cost more. It's not a hobby to the company. There are a lot of great ideas here.
  21. We can't be trusted with too many controls. The day is not far off when you punch in your destination and big brother will take care of the rest. Yes it bothers me a lot. The biggest problem is the lack of driver's ed, and how too many people can't be bothered to watch the road as they're busy yakking/texting on their latest toy.

That is so cool. I'm really getting into the older cars. Great job, I love the interior shot.
  23. Nice job, excellent model! I wasn't a fan when these came out to replace the Stingrays (63-67) but now I like them a lot. Funny what time does .
  24. Very nice. I've got to get one of the Revell kits I guess.
