  1. Who did you try getting decals from? I've got a sheet picked up many years ago, not sure from where. You're welcome to them to finish your tribute.
  2. That's beautiful, great colors.
  3. Really nice work! Great job on the decals.
  4. Very cool! Great work. You've done what the 1:1 guys do, put together parts to make an awesome race car.
  5. My favorite Davey car, well done!
  6. LOL! I like the scooter though.
  7. Very nicely done! Way more of these on the road than coupe devilles.
  8. All of the above, great model!
  9. Finished this up today, second of these kits I've built, probably the last. Very fiddly construction, not many positive attachment points, vague instructions. For bikes I think I'll go with a bit larger scales from now on. Comments welcome, thanks for looking.
  10. Very cool! I love these replicas from the dawn of aviation.
  11. The walls look very realistic, well done. I love all the little details, especially that bench grinder.
  12. That is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
  13. Great work on the decals, those couldn't have been easy!
  14. Very well done! I too like this livery, saw a show car in person at a car show put on by the local camera store back in the '90s.
  15. Very well done! Impressive use of the new technology.
  16. Very nicely done!
  17. Looks great!
  18. That's very nice. My mom's car was a red '64, loved it!
  19. I totally agree with Force. The current limitations are what link the sport to it's past and make it interesting.
  20. Great looking model! He did very well with all the firsts.
  21. I completely agree with Force. To me the most egregious change is the single lug nut wheel. I can see upgraded trannys if they go to more road courses. I think they have been moving in the right direction with tires that give up quickly. Let the drivers manage their stuff instead of foot to the floor all the way around.
  22. That's pretty cool! I've been looking for something to build with the grandsons, this might fit the bill.
  23. Very nice! Thanks for sharing.
  24. I agree with Stephen, assemble the roll cage and paint as one, then glue it to the chassis. Its difficult to get proper coverage when its all together IMO.
