  1. My latest completion. The MPC kit is remarkably good for its age but these cars are pretty spindly. I had issues with the rumble seat so I glued it shut, the hood in particular is supposed to fold like a real one but is very fragile in practice. It shares the running gear with the 1928 Touring. Comments welcome, thanks for looking.
  2. Agreed, those Buicks were the top of the heap for several years, being more "aero" you know!
  3. Can't go wrong with an Allison car, nicely done!
  4. Really nice job! This car will be forever remembered for the wreck at Bristol.
  5. Great paint and foil work, well done!
  6. Great job! How was this kit? I've almost gone for one but never pulled the trigger. You did a nice job on the paint and decals.
  7. I completely agree with everything that's been said above, outstanding model of a seldom seen racer.
  8. I like it! Get the front end down a little and its perfect.
  9. Looks good! The only thing I would do is paint the wheel backs black or steel (to simulate the brake disc), white stands out a little too much. Your decal works looks great!
  10. Very well done! Great looking model.
  11. Two outstanding replicas! I love the 6-banger in the truck. How much work was it to convert the Impala side trim? Nicely done.
  12. When I saw your name on this I knew it would be unique! Really nice work updating a classic.
  13. I could do without those wheels and rubber band tires, but otherwise I like it!
  14. Those are both very impressive! We need more open-wheel cars on here.
  15. That's a beauty! BP has always been a favorite.
  16. Very nicely done! I have one on the way, hope it comes out half as nice
  17. Very nice! The plug wires and discoloring on the exhaust headers is especially convincing.
  18. That's it in a nutshell, which is sad because good racing will bring the fans regardless of age.
  19. Very cool! BA is one of my all time favorite drivers.
  20. I keep coming back to this one. Nice work on a seldom seen subject from the infancy of stock car racing.
  21. That's a beauty! I don't believe I've ever seen anyone replicate the PCV plumbing before, nicely done.
  22. Very nice! You got the paint and decals matched up really well.
  23. I've only done one, typical Monogram kit from the period.
  24. Very cool! Those tires really make the difference.
