  1. Cool little Nash showed up this morning while I was having coffee. Guy said he was the 4th owner, 26000 original miles
  2. Beautiful Malibu. Very nice work
  3. Was just about to post the same.πŸ‘πŸ‘.
  4. Looks greatπŸ‘πŸ‘. Awesome color choices, it gives a nice contrast. Great looking hotrod you've built. This is such a versatile, fun kit to build. Nice work.
  5. I read articles a few years ago about that, which is why I also posted the picture in "what irked you today". Good for the goose, and all that I guess. At least I didn't need to get gas.
  6. My poor attempt at humor. I'm aware they're electric. πŸ‘πŸ‘
  7. Saw a gasoline powered dumpster. I thought those were only electric?
  8. I appreciate videos like this. They show people you don't need a huge, highly outfitted shop to create a work of art. Tools make the job faster and easier. Nothing beats sweat equity and knowledge when it comes to quality,IMHO.
  9. NOTHING is a waste of time if you learn from it and enjoy it. I'm in my forties and will still drag home the random whatever to get running or repair. In the end I either use, sell or scrap it, so nothing lost. Finish up that chair and enjoy it. Summer is flying by.πŸ‘πŸ‘
  10. Great looking comet. Nice work
  11. Great workπŸ‘πŸ‘
  12. Swapped the front axle on the '25 "tall t".
  13. Amazon prime deal. I've wanted this kit for a while.
  14. It's two 88's feeding a 106mm. This kind of set up is "easier" on the turbos, less wear and tear, and for situations where you can't source an appropriate sized primary or secondary turbo,as I understand it. Boost in the neighborhood of 130 pounds. I believe the two smaller units are acting as one,and supplies the volume to the larger.
  15. I used craft paint for this one, deco-art champagne. duplicolor makes a harvest gold(ford color) that is similar. The last photo is the color I believe you're looking for.
  16. Looking good πŸ‘πŸ‘
  17. Just caught this poking it's nose out.
  18. I've seen diesel guys do this to make absolutely absurd amounts of power, and then split blocks in half. I've seen video of a triple turbo set up on diesel drag truck, pretty amazing stuff.
  19. Yup, 100% correct. I was probably 75-100 feet away when I took the picture, only now am I realizing I does look small from that distance. Maybe we've all become used to today's oversized trucks, and everything old looks tiny now.
  20. Those year gm's are just about some of the most durable vehicles I've seen. Even the v6 stripper work trucks take abuse in stride. πŸ‘πŸ‘
  21. Perspective. It's a rather large parking lot.
  22. There's a small lever on the back of some machine's that allows you to push them. It "unlocks" the hydrostatic drive so you don't damage it. They normally aren't too heavy and push easily.
  23. Yesterday I helped someone at the business next door to the shop, they had locked the keys in their car. Just now on my way to lunch there was a thank you note with a gift card under the wiper of my truck. πŸ‘πŸ‘
