  1. Started scratch building headers for the nailhead powered model t, left hand had other ideas. Hit the floor, lots of work to put this back together.
  2. Yes. Orange one still sold at hobby lobby.
  3. Great looking sportster. Im not a fan of the chrome cannon, either. Nice work.
  4. They appear to come with two complete kits in the box, I've seen that more than once online. I still have the other one. Thanks for the compliment πŸ‘πŸ‘
  5. My bad kit was second hand, with a bunch of paints ect and a receipt from the mid 2000's. The "replacement" is a hobby lobby buy, noticeably better but not perfect. Both orange. I'll post the mess when I get out of work.
  6. I have two of this kit,one has absolutely the most flash I've ever seen. Probably molded five o'clock on a friday.
  7. That vw is just awesome. Great looking builds.
  8. Nice work David. The attention to detail you're giving this is paying off, looking real good and proper. It's always a little unnerving grinding things when you're this far along.
  9. I really need to clean this mess
  10. Great start on your build, was the actual car special order or an odd combination of options?
  11. That interior looks great. Nice work.
  12. We've got them where they aren't needed, walmart and such. I think it's up to the store owners or franchise.
  13. Colorshift paint looks great manπŸ‘πŸ‘.
  14. You could try turning some styrene rod on a lathe,or dremel. I've made many small, round parts on my dremel (ignition coils, steering columns) and have seen members here make brake and headlight lenses. Left over sprue has those small nubs everywhere, those are halfway to the shape your looking for, and in different diameters. Etsy has small bullet shaped charms (i did a 2 second search)
  15. Fifty bucks a year is next to nothing, the cardboard Crackheads are a whole other realm of ridiculous. The ones that spend 250 at a rip and take seven minutes for each scratchoff choice. It's mostly the way it's run, lotto ought to be a self service kiosk.
  16. Thanks man! The tubs and the sides of the bed are almost a perfect fit. Best part is the chassis is still at stock height in the front, i can lay the rocker on the ground with almost no work
  17. Worked on fitting a Nascar chassis under a 66 fleetside.
  18. Between that, or like today's case 'cause I was working at the shop, the state office worker buying for their whole department. 17 minutes to pay for a coffee.
  19. Great looking nova. Nice work πŸ‘ πŸ‘
  20. Those that hold up lines for their lottery addiction. Especially during lunch hours.
  21. Looking at the damage, I wouldn't be surprised to see damage on the engine and transmission,as far as broken mounting bosses for accessories and engine mounts. It's a shame too, those are great, cool cars.
  22. Finished this guy up, only the second figure I've ever built. Added some texture to the skin, changed the eyes to better match the box art and changed up the shoes, watch, hat and jacket. Thanks for checking this out, comments always welcome.
