  1. Amazon prime deal. I've wanted this kit for a while.
  2. It's two 88's feeding a 106mm. This kind of set up is "easier" on the turbos, less wear and tear, and for situations where you can't source an appropriate sized primary or secondary turbo,as I understand it. Boost in the neighborhood of 130 pounds. I believe the two smaller units are acting as one,and supplies the volume to the larger.
  3. I used craft paint for this one, deco-art champagne. duplicolor makes a harvest gold(ford color) that is similar. The last photo is the color I believe you're looking for.
  4. I've seen diesel guys do this to make absolutely absurd amounts of power, and then split blocks in half. I've seen video of a triple turbo set up on diesel drag truck, pretty amazing stuff.
  5. Yup, 100% correct. I was probably 75-100 feet away when I took the picture, only now am I realizing I does look small from that distance. Maybe we've all become used to today's oversized trucks, and everything old looks tiny now.
  6. Those year gm's are just about some of the most durable vehicles I've seen. Even the v6 stripper work trucks take abuse in stride. 👍👍
  7. Perspective. It's a rather large parking lot.
  8. There's a small lever on the back of some machine's that allows you to push them. It "unlocks" the hydrostatic drive so you don't damage it. They normally aren't too heavy and push easily.
  9. Yesterday I helped someone at the business next door to the shop, they had locked the keys in their car. Just now on my way to lunch there was a thank you note with a gift card under the wiper of my truck. 👍👍
  10. Very nice work so far.
  11. Was that paint on the forceps? If so you've created scale fordite, lol.
  12. Wired up the distributor, and had a Bob Ross moment. Somehow I managed to line up the slot in the alternator bracket with the bolt on the alternator. Happy accident, cause this is all eyeball engineering.
  13. Those things are in a whole other realm. Never seen them firsthand, but absolutely amazing pieces of engineering.
  14. So the turbos are feeding the blower, the supercharger is "opened up" internally and acting as a overpriced tunnel ram. If I'm thinking right.
  15. I caught an interview on YouTube with the owner of that, they blipped the throttle ONE TIME and lifted both heads. Same car put it on the back bumper, and then the roof if I'm remembering right.
  16. The interior is finished. I'm very pleased how this turned out,and of course Murphy showed up. The only part in the kit damaged was the shifter,so I had to make a new lever and knob. Starting to finish up the chassis, the exhaust broke off so i made them separate. Thanks for looking.
  17. Same here.
  18. They sound awesome. Very unique
  19. Very nice skyline. You're going to need a bigger place with the speed that you build. And you just moved in.lol
  20. Thanks for the tip, I'll try and not look so close. I'm always amazed at the level of detail some are able to create. Again, beautiful work on this one.👍👍
  21. It was a Mexican built car, a "3" in the vin. Brazil is a "9" I believe. You see why I'm confused about it. It's long gone now, I parted it out after I got out of the hospital.
