  1. I forgot about the lego man in space.Dont forget the CANADA ARM on the space shuttles Not sure about this stampede you talk of.Our "expermental" heath care has been working well for decades,as well as our banking system.Just saying
  2. Peter ,Im certanly not going with the expectation of winning.I've wanted to go to a model show for a long time now to do what exactly you have talked about.Looking forward to seeing the guys fromDAM and their builds as well as 5 or so truck builders I know

  7. I bought some alclad, but havent used it yet.Ive talked to people about it and I understand it works better over tacky paint.Maybe thats why it takes forever to dry?
  8. I agree with the article about the riv.In my eye a 67 vette is nicer than a 63.Now add a 55 bel air,64 chevelle, and a 68 nova.Thats my top 5. Too bad the article didnt include fords and dodges,to me the '62 and 63 galixies were the nicesest of them all of the entire decade
  9. Nice build.I just got one today a Micheals for $9.99,couldn't pass it up.Painted the cab already,if it looks as good as yours I'll be happy

  14. Cory Ive read of a couple metric hemi cars that went to europe
  15. I'm from the Oshawa area used to be a huge GM city.eh in the 50's up untill '57 our pontiacs used a shorter chevy body and starting in '55 chevy instead of poncho power, this lasted till GM started with the corporate engines sometimes for every brand instead of each brands own power.Caddy excluded.eh. Off the top of my head I can think of chevy II's sold as pontiac acadians and a chevette using the same name.We also got pontiac parisienne and laurentines.A geo metro called a firefly.eh. We had a corisica called a tempest.Ford of coarse had the metiors and a falcon based frontenac. There were a few drag falcons much like a thunderbolt built in Oakville.Every one knows of the fargo and mercurey trucks. In the big rig world we had Hayes,Pacific's,Peninsula's, Leyland bison's, and Sicards.eh I know I'm missing a large number more.eh Not so much any more.Chevy makes an ORLANDO,a Canadian only mini van thing.eh I find this strange and have heard of it before. The reason its strange is we didn't have the metric system yet in '71.eh

  17. Realy nice.the spokes are a great addition
  18. Not sure what engine is in your model, but try looking at other brands with that engine.they will pretty much be all the same, unless your using a mack engine then its mack pics you want.this may help, the best reference site around.. http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/

  25. those wheels dont have drive hubs.you would be happier with swaping the wheels for titan or diamond reo ones.its a good excuse to buy another kit
