  1. I've seen the build-up on these somewhere. Might be the "other place". If I can find it I'll let ya know!
  2. Yep, what they all said. I dig the worn look to the pant. Placing the hood on the trailer is a cool idea, adds some realism to it when they are displayed together!
  3. That came out great! Pretty darn good for your first chop. I love all the little details too.
  4. Yes very nice indeed! It really captures the vintage 50's French look.
  5. Glad to see it finished Dennis, it looks great! I'll reply more you-know-where!
  6. Nice, I love the contrast between the gloss yellow and flat black!
  7. Wow, what a cool idea! Nice work!
  8. Yup Mike, know whatcha mean!
  9. I've gotten things from Hobby Search and Hobby Link with no problems. I've also ordered decals from epay vendor globaltoy with no trouble, even though they are in China.
  10. I came close to throwing up in my mouth when I saw that thing.
  11. Dang, thats it! I sure loved that model.
  12. That "swirladelic" was done by Hank Borger in several Car Model Magazine articles in the 70's. I was never able to get as good results as he did. Heres a link to a beautiful job done by one of our members, Chris in Wilmington. http://www.modelcars...showtopic=37122 found this spectacular one on the net done by 1320Wayne
  13. There was also a GTO. They were pretty cool, the GTO had blue tinted glass, the huge racemasters from the Ramchargers dragster, and those great zoomies. I had the GTO when it was new, and saved the glass, tires, and zoomies. I found a pic of the Vega, bit none of the goat.
  14. Hmm, guess I saw "Airfix" and presumed the scale. Still a beautiful model!
  15. Wow, thats fantastic. All of your hard work paid off. This might just be the nicest 1/32 model I've seen!
  16. Engines looking good, I like that tunnel ram.
  17. I dig the bug! And welcome!
  18. On more than a few occasions, when the postman shows up at my door with the latest from epay, I say to myself "what the heck was I thinking?"
  19. Dave, good to hear from you. I was thinking of you just yesterday when the subject of project Snowball ll came up on another forum.
  20. Ive watched this video many times, and it still raises the hair on my neck. I'd like to see how Jimmy-Jeffy-Joey-Denny would do in this series. Robby Gordon, maybe. http://www.streetfire.net/video/group-b-rally-tribute_173230.htm
  21. Greg, Im workin' on them! Ive got the Little Tee, the 30 Coupe/Cabriolet, the 30 Phaeton, stuff to do the Blue Beetle, think I can do the Red Chariot, the custom version of the 34 Coupe/roadster. I am only missing wheels/tires for the woody. Its been a pain in the neck and wallet. I would love to see the original versions reissued!
  22. I like it the way it is. I have a few old vintage models that werent done all that well. I can do a much better job on them, but with the historic value knowing they were built decades ago when they were brand new, Im gonna leave them as is.
  23. That came out great. That last shot with the blurred track looks impressive!
  24. I like it, it has character!
  25. Have you used it yet? I bought one a long time ago, but was very disapointed in the spray quality. Perhaps they've gotten better over the years.
