Alright Jones, at Hobby Lobby, do they have an aisle thats basicly a wooden display case filled with all different kinds of stamps?? If so, there are some small shelves below that that has the embossing powder. I think the setup for just about every Hobby Lobby is the exact same. Hope this helps.... Let me know if you find it.

Wow Bill!!!! You really do know how to do everything!!! So wrap around glass is not easy?? I dont like the glass in my Challenger and was wondering how to replace it. I could make all the glass seperate. Is that the way you do it Bill? Do you guys heat anything up when making glass or is that just when using the vacuum form? Could you make your own vacuum form machine? You'd basicly just need a vacuum and something to put the object on right? I really hate the way that glass looks. I'm in the process of tinting the glass but its not covering up the scratches and other flaws like I want it to. I wish the companies would pay closer attention to the crappy windows!!!! I mean if you're gonna put out a product, wouldn't you want it to be as nice as possible???? QUALITY FIRST right??? Or is that quantity first??? I can't tell anymore. Anyway, Thanks a million Bill!!!

I was reading another post about what kinds of materials to use and was wondering how to do this without the fancy tools and gizmos.

Awwwwwww, BRAIN CELLS are overrated!!! ... Just playin. I think it is very important to wear a respirator or a mask if you're messin with the chemicals found in almost every facet of our hobby. Who'd ever think that such a quaint lil' thing could be so DANGEROUS!! You got knives, paint, super glues, thinner, bondo dust, saws, lead solder, kittens, and who knows what kinda stuff is in the the other stuff that I cant think of right now.....

TEN YEARS?!?!?!?!?!?! WOW! I gotta see that blade..... Luckily for me, I have been buying tools that work for our hobby for the last 14 years or so and I've collected quit a few in my short 27 years. I've always loved buying tools as much as the kits. I think its because tools are ALMOST forever and they are the pinacle of model building. No tools, no model. No model, you still have the tools to use on other things.

Does anyone have any sources for tubing small enough for fuel lines etc.?? Or any tips on something that could work as tubing also??

WOW!!!! This post really took off!!! I was going through all of the websites of the auto stores in my city and nearby looking for Evercoat and not a single one of them has it!!! I knew someone would give me a better type.... Getting ready to call a few stores now to see if they have the Dynatron before I go running on a wild goose chase. THANKS ALOT GUYS!!!! I've been having some problems with trying to get the Testors contour putty to work for what I'm trying to do and its been making me VERY ANGRY!!!! I'm trying to fill in the dash gauges so I can use the PE gauges that look much better. I'm sure that will start a whole new conversation... YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

I'm wanting to know what everyone uses for body filler...... I hear alot of people say they use Evercoat, but I cant find any in my area, so I need to know what other kinds I can use...... THANKS....

Reading this makes me sad..... How in the hell can these big companies just "LOSE" or destroy these precious molds????!!!! Its just heartbreaking to know that a company would be STUPID enough to do something like that. If this could work I'd send $20.... And if it was REALLY gonna take off I'd send a couple hundred bucks just to know that we could enjoy more awesome kits!! I'm sure I'm not the only one who would do the same.... I mean, whats a couple hundred bucks when you could have possibly twice the kits and not to mention all the old kits that were SO AWESOME!!!!! It could be done!! NEVER SAY NEVER!!!! Dream bashers SUCK!!!!!

I've started with some solder wire for the pipes, now I just need the right muffler and tip setup.... I'm lookin for a muffler that has 2 in and 2 out for an "X" type pipe and then the tips. I saw on the Arrowhead Aluminum website that the poor guy was having ALOT of trouble and having a hard time keeping up with orders, but Im'm out here in the middle of "Corn Country" in Indiana and there's nothing within 45 miles that has anything "Aftermarket" for building. Thats why I'm such a late "Bloomer" when it comes to the aftermarket world. The only hobby type store we have is Hobby Lobby and they dont carry anything special, just kits, paint, and thats about it... I beleive I'm gonna check out the arrowhead site and see what hes got and maybe take a risk.... Thanks
