I was very lucky to get the first rendition of the stock Revell 70 Charger R/T to go with my 68 R/T, Dick Landy, and Bullitt Bad Guys, and several of the 69 R/T and Daytona kits. I even stated to restore the MPC 70 I built in 70, with Modelhaus parts to bring it back to life, as the only thing I had from it was the hood and the interior tub. The chassis and running gear was coming from a AMT 69 GTX to make it a 440 Six Pack car. I love the Panther Pink/ white interior combo on the 70 as I bought several cans of Testors Model Master Mopar High Impact Colors for future projects in various colors I like.

The kit consists of body upgrade parts only. You will need an AMT curbside kit to complete it. I plan to buy one myself, as I have a few of the kits, and I want to do a Hellcat Widebody Challenger.

I watched HPI Guy's build and review of this kit over the weekend, and while I don't agree with a lot of his color choices and paints used on the builds, they do make me want to purchase the kit. I have most of Mobieus' Ford Truck kits, and I have only built one, the 1969 in the photo shown, but I look forward to building more of them in the future.

I have the Convertible version of this kit I bought from Atomic City. It is a modified promo that is a very cleanly done white resin casting. If you have bought from Missing Link, or Replicas and Miniatures Co.of MD, that is the quality of the casting. However, there is no chrome plated parts, so you're on your own for that. The glass is vacuum formed, and metal axles are included. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and Atomic City's customer service is top notch. These kits are not cheap, but reasonably priced for what you get, as they're much less expensive than an original Johan Kit, or decent promo. The number produced on the Convertible was very limited, and sold out quickly, on a first come, first served basis. You can buy with confidence, as the Facebook posting was very accurate. My kit came carefully packed, ready for cleaning and finishing. I noticed no flash on mine either.

Personally, I'd like to see a 65 Nova 100 2 door Sedan in both street machine and Replica Stock form withh steelie, dog dishes, a bench seat interior, and a 6 cylinder or v8 engine. It can bring done.

I can't wait for these kits to come out, however the illustration on the stock Nova SS kit box is of the base Nova 400 Hardtop, and not the Nova SS.

I have an AMT Craftsman 65 Chevelle I plan to open up and detail out. I hate that it's molded in yellow, but I like the body better than the Revell kit.

What car did these wheelcovers come from?

I ordered the USCP parts for mine too, but I am going to build it as a Bond Car.

Don't be too fast. That Midnight Cowboy kit has a very nice Holmes Trooper Wrecker set up. We sold them in the 80s, as an upgrade to the 440s.

I have that project under way. I don't know what color the interior trim is. Is it Red? Blue?

I scooped up that kit and started on the van right away. Since I have several unbuilt van kits, I decided to go back to my roots as a Chevy Truck Salesman. I decided on a tricked out cutaway, with a Bryant KUV utility body kit, converted to dually.

A few years ago, I bought a 67 Mustang Coupe from Motor City Resin. It was quite nice, and was a good value for the money. My intention is to do a build of Carroll Shelby's "Little Red" with it. All I need to do is fit an engine in it, and it's off to paint and detailing. It mated up well with AMT's 67 Shelby GT350.

I spent quite a bit with him on a lot of his products for future projects. I can scratch build a 72 Demon bucket seat interior , using plastic, half round and straight plastic pieces. I have some steelies and doggies from Fireball for a future 72 Demon project.

I like to watch HPI Guys builds. He shows me what's in the box, and that's very important to me. I'm not too hip on his Krylon color choices, nor his usage of a silver Sharpie for chrome trim, as well as his lack of knowledge on the subject kit, but he is having a ball, and that is what counts.

I'm good for one of each.

I still have my 64 Nova SS kits under construction, but I will get one of each of the 65 Nova SS Hardtops.

Beautiful! I just picked up one of these kits to build. I sold one when the car first came out. It was triple black. That's how I'm going to build my model.

I bought a few new kits today, like I need anymore kits.

I haven't been building anything. I haven't built a model in almost two years.

I shortened an AMT 71 Duster Chassis. I also used the underhood area too.

I was a salesman at a very large dealer when these trucks came out. We had a few 305 V8/ manual transmission 1/2 ton trucks in stock.I really liked the way the truck drove.350s were very scarce.
