  1. Love those!!!! Both incredible on their own and combined...Too much! I do think I've seen the kart before...mostly scratch built?
  2. Neat as a pin, love 'em...
  3. Cool, I can't wait to see one with a working cigarette lighter,lol...
  4. The Italieri kit was repopped by a company called Academy (known primarily for military stuff I believe) under the name "Classic European Sports Car" (to avoid licensing costs I would presume)and can be purchased on eBay for a very reasonable price. I have one on the way to me now so I can't speak to any issues it might have, but, as I said, it was so cheap it isn't much of a risk...
  5. Beautiful, Beautiful car built about as well as one can build it. Congrats on all the awards, much deserved!
  6. What a beautiful car, not sure if E type design has ever been topped. Beautifully built as well.
  7. Man, glad you persevered 'cause that's gonna' be nice...
  8. Akkk! Another kit I need that I don't need. Great job on it!
  9. Man Tommy, what everybody else said and more! Just a great build. Also, what's this about Athens Speedway? Where was it? When did it close? Again, wonderful build...
  10. I've heard the new Chi-Town Hustler is excellent as well and the Jo-Han funny cars were really nice and still can be found at reasonable prices.
  11. Ingenious!
  12. Man, I have to say I'm always jazzed when you post something 'cause it's invariably a subject that pushes all my buttons, and your execution is just amazing... Hope you don't mind but I'm reposting your pix so folks that are not members can see 'em as well. GREAT stuff!
  13. Love it, love it, love it! Also, gotta' agree w/ Mr. Geary, the much-disparaged Mopar designs of the late 50's-early 60's are kind of endearing at this point.
  14. The Revell Yenko Camaro has a pretty nice BBC as a starting point, I'm sure there are others. There has to be a kit with a decent blown BBC but I can't think of one at the moment. You might be able to modify the manifold and cam cover from the old tool SWC's Olds or maybe the Tony Nancy silver car's Plymouth wedge... You know you're gonna' get some dirty looks bringing a Mopar -bodied car with Rat power to a Mopar Nats contest don'tcha', lol?...
  15. Fantastic!! Now how are you gonna' do the leapin' flagman, lol?
  16. MUCH better pix thanks!
  17. Purdy!
  18. I have no idea what that is or what it's supposed to look like ( I know, I know Google Images...)but if you whipped it up out of thin air in 45 days you are a god,lol...
  19. Nice stuff, you 'recovered' nicely, lol! I don't know what Krylon did to their formula but it sucks...I've had issues with all their paints lately.
  20. Wow!!! I've also had a notion to do a Fiat/Bantam Blast but it will not be in the same class as what you're doing here...
  21. I love this gen. Charger too despite the fact that it's a Coronet with a fastback grafted on. Yours looks great!
  22. Cool! I'm fascinated by vintage Indy stuff...Is there a Miller kit or resin out there somewhere?
  23. Very cool, dig the stance and the flames...
  24. That's about as good as it gets...Wow.
  25. Supercool, and the cotton/tiresmoke takes me waaayyyy back...
